“We have been using Franklin and Barbara for daily drop-ins over the past few weeks. They have been prompt with responding and great with letting our puppy out for a bathroom break and feeding. So glad we were able to find them through Rover!”

“Janessa was a responsible, communicative pet sitter and very sweet with my kitty! My cat is timid, and it takes some time for her to warm up to people. Janessa was patient and understanding with her, and gradually interracted with her more in ways that were comfortable for her. I enjoyed her updates and pictures after each visit!”

About: I love all dogs!! Dogs are absolutely the best friends anyone could have. My love for dogs started when I was very young. My parents first got my first dog around the time I was born, his name was Spot, and he was my first dog love. In college I lived with two beloved dogs named Kemper and Vander man. As an adult, I have had a dog named Daphne (RIP), the sweetest little Cockachon. Currently, I have one cavapoo, Chico. He is the sweetest guy and loves other dogs. I am available during the summer days in June, July and August. Once work starts again in September, my working day ends at 3:30 to check in on your pets. I am also available on weekends to watch your dog at my house. I love feeding, walking, and loving your little babies. Please contact me to have an experienced dog lover take the best care of your four-legged friend! In the summer, I don't work, so my availability to be with your dog is all day. Once work starts in September, I get off at 3:30. I have a fenced yard and one friendly dog for your pup to stay entertained with. If you need me to crate your dog, I can do that.
“Emily is fantastic! She came over to meet the pups before we left and reviewed everything with me. She was very thorough and, even more importantly, our pups both loved her. She sent pictures and video which was awesome to see the dogs so happy. Would definitely continue to use Emily, our dogs love her!”

About: I’ve never lived a day of my life without at least one dog in it. I’ve cared for my own, my neighbors and family. I worked for a dog daycare and boarding facility. I’ve administered medications including injections. I love to take them for walks, have play time, or just snuggle on the couch. I will treat your pup as if it were my own. I live in Billings but also frequent the Roberts, Joliet, and Red lodge areas, so consider me for overnights if you are out in that area. I work from home part time and am able to create my own schedule. This would be a fun and rewarding way to get out if the house. My dogs sleep in bed with me, but I would have your pets sleep wherever they are used to. I like to keep feeding on a regular schedule. 8am for breakfast and 6pm for dinner. I like to go for walks around 4, again keeping a schedule. Since I would be staying in your house, if you want, your pets would keep to whatever their regular routine is.

“Hannah was great with my cat Butters. She gave him a lot of attention, and made sure he was well looked after while I was away on my trip. I came home to my cat looking well loved, and everything in order. I would definitely book her again when I go on a trip next.”

About: I raised a now senior dog who knows around 30 tricks. I trained him myself. He has special dietary needs and requires a bit of additional support, so I understand how important it is to have someone who will trust your care instructions without questions or judgement. Animals NEED us; they rely on us. In turn, they make our lives better. I grew up with animals and can't imagine my life without them. I am currently between jobs and have an open schedule to accommodate any and all of your needs. Please let me know what works best for you! I have a 3/4 fenced yard that I'm working to get completed, a very friendly small dog to keep your dog company, but can keep him separate if needed. About: I have had the pleasure of taking care of pets for most of my life. It stems from spending time with animals on my aunt’s ranch as a kid and from owning pets of my own I am currently working part-time and taking a couple classes a semester at MSUB. This leaves some room to spend time with your pets during the week and most weekends! If a client needs pet care/sitting in their home, a list of any specific instructions is greatly appreciated. Your pets are in good hands here!
About: I've owned dogs all my life and have pet-sat for friends and family since high school. I enjoy spending time with animals, especially outdoors, to keep them active, and love to give them all the pets and snuggles. I am a middle school English teacher who has summers off, and I am looking for active and fulfilling summer work, that is flexible and will get me outdoors. I have a fully fenced yard and live only a couple of blocks from Pioneer Park, making walking and outdoor play easy and accessible. I have a pet-friendly home as I have a dog--Archie, an Irish Doodle--who lives with me half-time. I do not have kennels/crates, as I enjoy the company of dogs and prefer to let them roam free.

Jenna is awesome. Just did another trip and my Gemma was so much happier when I picked her up from boarding. Jenna’s pictures of their daily time together make me feel less guilty because she looks like she is happy. Looking forward to their next time together!!!! Thanks Jenna

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
