“Jeffery was so great with my four cats! He made sure to send me updates and pictures every day while I was out of town for thanksgiving. They loved snuggling him and he took great care of my older baby who needed daily meds. Prompt and communicative and very sweet soul!”

“Jada was absolutely wonderful during her drop in visit! She graciously allowed me and my pup to meet her before booking. She was so attentive and caring with my dog and it was clear right away that my pup adored her. I really appreciated how patient and engaged she was; she went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt comfortable and happy. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“As a nervous and over protective dog mama.. I was very worried about leaving out two dogs with anyone! Nicole was so so sweet to send all the pictures, play with them, give them love and keep me updated on how the dogs seemed to be feeling each day. My dogs loved her and I am so happy I found Nicole! 🤍 Definitely will be booking again!”

About: I have over three years of hands‑on experience caring for animals through rescue work, fostering, and running my own small home‑based refuge. I’m also a Certified Veterinary Assistant, which means I’m trained in safe handling, medication administration, senior care, and recognizing early signs of stress or illness.I’ve cared for pets of all ages and needs — from confident, easygoing dogs to shy, anxious, reactive, or medically fragile animals. I’m extremely patient and calm, and I always tailor my approach to each pet’s personality. What sets me apart is the level of experience I bring from rescue work. I’m used to managing routines, enrichment, special diets, mobility support, and behavior quirks. I treat every pet like an individual and make sure they feel safe, understood, and comfortable.Whether your pet needs slow introductions, extra reassurance, structured walks, or a gentle, steady presence, I’m confident and experienced in providing the kind of care that helps them relax and enjoy their time with me. Pet care is already a built‑in part of my daily life. I run a small home‑based animal rescue and I’m a certified veterinary assistant, so caring for animals is part of my morning and evening routine every single day.I’m used to structured schedules, medication timing, feeding routines, enrichment, and making sure every animal gets the attention they need. Because I’m already out and about with my own dogs, adding walks or drop‑in visits fits naturally into my day.Whether it’s a morning walk, a midday check‑in, or an evening visit, I’m consistent, reliable, and always make sure pets feel safe and cared for. Safety is always my first priority. As a certified veterinary assistant and the founder of a small home‑based rescue, I’m very comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine exactly — feeding, medications, potty breaks, crate time, and any house rules you have in place. I always double‑check doors, gates, and locks, and I never take risks with safety. For walks, I use secure leashing, avoid unsafe areas, and pay close attention to body language and surroundings. I don’t allow off‑leash time unless it’s in a fully fenced yard with your permission. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, calm, and understood while keeping your home secure and respected. You can trust that I’ll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give to the animals in my rescue.

“Hannah was stellar! I had a somewhat last minute request and she was able to fit me into her schedule and still found time to do a meet and great. Her visit cards were thorough and thoughtful. I would definitely rebook.”

About: I currently have 2 kittens and i had a dog for about 10 years so i love all kinds of animals and have experience with both cats and dogs :) I work full time, mostly early morning shifts so i’d be able to stop by and spend the night and make sure they’re taken care of. I am usually off Thursdays and Sundays and would be able to do more on those days. I will do whatever my client wishes, since i am not able to house any animals in my house; I will follow the rules for your particular household.

“This was our first time using Rover, and I could not be more happy with the experience. Alexandra did a great job communicating with us both before and during the visit. She was attentive and sent great photos and progress reports. We would gladly book her again in the future!”
About: Love living in the area, I have always enjoyed spending time outside in all seasons. On any kind of day, I would love to give your family member a walk/run in the neighborhood or at a nearby park/path or whichever they prefer to get some fresh year and exploration through the smells/sights. For the playful pup, I love to run around and play with them until the sun goes down. I have experienced many years with easy and difficult dogs as being a pet owner myself, finding love and care for all creatures all life from dogs all the way to my 3-year-old goldfish. I can not wait to meet your furry family member and give them all the pets and love they fully deserve!

Westwood cat parents share their Rover experiences
I can’t say enough good things about Aunt Cindy! Leaving our cats is never easy, and this was the first time we had left some of them with a sitter, so I was definitely anxious. From day one, her detailed Rover cards, consistent updates, and tons of photos helped put my mind at ease. I genuinely looked forward to every update and felt so much better knowing exactly how everyone was doing. Our cats are very shy and don’t get much exposure to people outside of our household, so I fully expected some of them to spend the entire time hiding. To my surprise, she managed to get even our shyest cats to come out, play, and engage with her. That alone speaks volumes about her patience and understanding of animals. She also administered medication to our cat Penelope without any issues and clearly paid attention to each cat’s individual personality and needs. What stood out most to me was how obvious her love for animals is. She genuinely cares, and as a pet parent, that means everything. It made my heart so happy knowing our cats were being cared for by someone who loves animals as much as we do. We came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and complete peace of mind. I would book with her again in a heartbeat and honestly wouldn’t hesitate to pay whatever rate she asked. She is absolutely wonderful, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
