“Jade, did a phenominal job watching my three babies (cats). I had a last minute travel issue come up, and I needed to find someone to care for my three cats while I was gone. I had to book last minute, and did not have time to do a meet and greet. This was my first time using Rover, and I selected Jade based on her excellent reviews. My cats are my babies, and I have hired friends and neighbors in the past to care for them when we were gone, only to be frustrated upon return to see that the little I asked them to do, was done very poorly. Due to the last minute booking I was only able to communicate with Jade via messages, but she immediately reassured me that she would make sure our babies were well taken care of. We are in the process of selling our home, so I needed someone who would provide loving care to our cats as well as making sure they didn't track in dirt, and kept things as clean as possible when stopping to care for the cats. Jade went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough. My cats are terrified of anyone outside of our family, and because we have realtors showing our home right now, there are a lot of new people coming in and out, which is causing a lot of anxiety to the cats. I asked Jade to ring the doorbell and wait 30 seconds to allow the cats to get to their safe place and hide, to help keep their anxiety down. She did this everytime without hesitation. She made sure the litter boxes were clean, as well as the area around the boxes, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and I will not be able to use Jade's services in the future. However, if you are seeking someone to care for your animals in a loving way, and a way you would care for your animals...I would highly recommend hiring Jade. “Once again, Assatta took amazing care of Joonie. She was very attentive to whatever his needs were and ensured she sent pictures or videos with updates daily. She was very flexible with times and worked around my schedule for drop off and pick up. She’s extremely reliable and I appreciate her treating my big boy like her own. He clearly had an amazing and eventful week bonding and playing with Assatta’s dog because he’s been knocked out resting and snoring all weekend long lol. “My dog normally is hesistant of new people but immediately took to Shannon. Shannon taught me about proper intros and health facts around bloating I never knew prior. She not only kept me updated while she boarded my high energy dog everyday she had her, she also was understanding of unexpected car issues i had on the day of pick up. I would recommend Shannon to anyone who needs a safe place for their pet and seeking good communication during whatever service they choose to explore with her. 10000/10 would recommend”

“When our dog sitter canceled the day before we were to leave, Someone recommended Rover. I was hesitant, but I found Sabastian and was happy with his bio. He responded immediately and agreed to get our dog the next day. I am so thankful to them. He and his family took such good care of our baby. He sent us pictures throughout the stay and reassured everything was great and our dog was enjoying thier dogs. Our dog was well taken care of and healthy and happy when we picked him up. Sabastian was very welcoming and kind to us and our dog and I am so thankful that we found him. We will definitely use him again.”
