About: For 9 years, I have worked in the animal care industry. I became a general manager for a popular dog daycare and boarding facility in 2023. My passion for animals centers on animal care and wellness. This passion drives me to learn as much as she can about how to provide the best care for dogs. I absolutely love going to work everyday and spending time with the dogs and treating them as if they were my own. When dogs are in my care, they are family. Some have the tendency to shy away and lean more towards the comfort of having someone who will help them feel safe and calm when around them. This is my specialty. Sabrina was absolutely amazing, and my dogs LOVED hanging out with her! I very quickly had to drop what I was doing to go out of town for a couple of days, and Sabrina very quickly came over, met my dogs, and was able to drop in on them for me while I was away. Stephanie was great! She stopped in as she was scheduled every day. She let me know if there were any issues, brought in my packages and trash cans. She kept me updated with how they were eating, behaving and going potty. I received a lot of pictures and peace of mind. She had no problem doing a meet and greet before we left. Carmen is phenomenal! She is communicative, timely, and thoughtful during her visits. One of my kitties is very shy and hides whenever new people arrive. She was patient and sat with her until she came out for some love. Another one of the cats needed medicine for anxiety and she was able to give him his meds without any issue. Our dog loves her as well and is always so excited to see her. I’m so glad we found Carmen!
As always, Kara is the BEST. Our Oli was having some tummy problems when we left and Kara kept an extra close eye on her the whole trip. In fact, for the first time ever, Oli wasn’t even that excited when we got home, as she had such a great time with Kara!! Highly recommend Kara and she is our go to sitter.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
