Rhonda spent a lot of time with our two cats, which was important because they are such social fur bunnies. All of their needs were well taken care of. Rhonda was dependable and communicative. She clearly loves the animals she cares for.

We went out of town for a few days and used Rhonda's service for our cat and dog. Our pets were well taken care of and happy. We're looking forward to using Rhonda again!

Booked Rhonda for a one-time stay. Upon arrival, she asked my husband for cash since he forgot to bring cat food. (We had to supply our own cat food, litter box, litter, treats, toys, bowls, etc.) Rhonda took my cats leash off while the door was propped open and my cat ran across the street in her neighborhood and up into a tree in the forest across the street. I ended up having to leave work early and it took 4.5 hours to retrieve her out of the 30ft tree. When I finally got her, she was bleeding and had hurt her paws pretty bad. My other cat, Fudge, was found stuck (couldn’t get out of the spot he was in) behind her television. He’s a cat, so I’m sure he got spooked and ran back there, but no one was watching him and I have no clue how long he was stuck back there. Took my cats home with me after the terrible 4.5 hours they were in Rhonda’s care, and Rhonda was confused about why I wasn’t leaving them with her for the rest of their booked stay. I will not be using Rhonda again, I did not have a good experience.

Rhonda volunteered with with us at Pets4Luv Foundation prior to moving. She was great with the dogs, helping with their care, socializing and feeding. We were sorry to see her go. David

She sent pictures, videos, and gave phone calls through out his stay updating me on certain issues with Royce. She asked me about 20 times if I wanted her to give him a bath for $15, after I initially told her that he did not need one. Also, when I got home and inspected my puppy further I seen that he had two bruises; one on his hind leg and one on his front leg. She did not make mention of this when I picked Royce up after the stay. I didn't like that I had to contact her back to find out more issues with Royce. He had diarrhea stains all over his butt. She did not mention anything about that to me until AFTER his stay when I called and asked about it. When I called she said that she noticed it. If you noticed that, I believe that information should have been relayed to me; but it was not until I called after his stay. I had to ask several times what did she feed him, since he did not eat his food through his stay. She initially told me she only fed him the treats I provided for his stay, and also "stashed" treats of her own. It wasn't until about 4 hours after the call that she confessed through a text message saying that she fed him a "piece of bread". I just think that she should have been honest with me from the beginning. It just makes me think what did my little Royce go through on the weekend and what else did he eat and what other secrets are being kept from me. This was a last minute dog boarding service because the boarding company I usually use was booked for the weekend. I don't believe I will use Rhonda again.

Rhonda did a great job with Lily. She treated her as if she was her own. I received daily pictures, video and phone calls about her. Will book with her again.
