About: I started dog and cat sitting this summer using TrustedHousesitters and so far have really enjoyed getting to take care of people’s pets! If you are curious to see my reviews there, I would be happy to send you a link to my profile. Before this summer, I had pet sat before via drop-in visits, starting while I was in college. During the school year, I foster cats for a local foster agency (Project Meow). While I don't have experience fostering dogs, I did grow up in a household with two dogs, and I love being around dogs as well. I often do my research from home, which means I am generally available for drop in visits and dog walking visits throughout the week. I also LOVE to walk and run, so am happy to provide LONG walks to your dogs! It’s a bonus if they can accompany me on a run! I’m a PhD student and all my research is conducted remotely. This means I have plenty of time to play with, cuddle with, and walk your pets. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I do have classes which will keep me out of the house for about 4 hours. I take your pet’s health and care extremely seriously. I am dedicated to ensuring that your pets are comfortable at all times, and prefer to have a phone call/meet and greet before agreeing to a sit so I can understand just what kind of care your pet needs.

Sabrina was absolutely amazing, and my dogs LOVED hanging out with her! I very quickly had to drop what I was doing to go out of town for a couple of days, and Sabrina very quickly came over, met my dogs, and was able to drop in on them for me while I was away. Stephanie was great! She stopped in as she was scheduled every day. She let me know if there were any issues, brought in my packages and trash cans. She kept me updated with how they were eating, behaving and going potty. I received a lot of pictures and peace of mind. She had no problem doing a meet and greet before we left. Carmen is phenomenal! She is communicative, timely, and thoughtful during her visits. One of my kitties is very shy and hides whenever new people arrive. She was patient and sat with her until she came out for some love. Another one of the cats needed medicine for anxiety and she was able to give him his meds without any issue. Our dog loves her as well and is always so excited to see her. I’m so glad we found Carmen!
Caitlyn was so professional! It was my first time ever leaving my dog with anyone and she did a great job at reassuring me, and sending pictures every day as well as just following his schedule. She communicated very well and my dog loved her! I definitely will book with her again.

Honey is a very sensitive Jack Russell skittish around new people. OMGosh! Honey immediately Loved Madi:-) The pictures that Madi sent showed Honey playing and enjoying her time with Madi. We were able to relax and enjoy are time away. We look forward to using Madi's pet services soon.
Amanda is the perfect sitter. We felt so happy that our dogs were with her while we were gone. Our dogs were so happy the whole time and Amanda sent us plenty of photos. She even stopped by for an extra visit because we had a flight delay. Our one dog is a big, excitable Rhodesian Ridgeback but she had no problem handling him. We will never use anybody else in this area to watch our dogs.
