Sticking to your pet's daily routine works best for me! I do work a full-time job Monday through Friday and would be prioritizing your pup every morning before work and immediately after coming home in the evenings and throughout the night. If that does not fit your pet's needs, I do provide around-the-clock care on weekends!

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet's safety is my number one priority. I will always monitor your pup during potty breaks out in the yard and am hyper vigilant during all walks. I look to see any potential risks before they occur- whether that be running into squirrels, other dogs, leash aggression, or cars/traffic.

Information Olivia C. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know if they are good with other dogs and if they have any fears (i.e., the vacuum cleaner, hairdryers, people on bikes, or thunder). This helps me to provide a safe and fun environment during their times at a home stay or when I am taking them for walks. Additionally knowing their allergies, and their medication helps me to provide them with the best care!

A typical day

I love to provide an active and stimulating environment for all the pets I care for. I love long walks, and playing interactive games with both dogs and cats alike! I love doing enrichment training where your furry friend engages their mind and innate skills to find hidden treats. Enrichment training are activities that allow dogs (and cats) to engage in natural behaviors that encourage curiosity, prevent boredom, prevent problem behaviors, build confidence, and develop problem solving skills.

Pet care experience

I have a huge passion for animal care and I would love to provide a fun, safe and stress free environment for your pet while you're away! I can't wait to meet you and your dog! As a child I used to walk a variety of dogs in my neighborhood. No matter what their size or breed, I felt like I had a real connection with them. I helped to train my neighbor's rescue dog, Billy, from the age of 9 and worked relentlessly at their house helping him get accustomed to his new environment. I grew up training, and caring for my boxer for 7 years until she passed away. I have also worked at the Petsmart Adoption Center for Cats and Dogs through the Gloucester County Animal Shelter and have experience caring for shelter dogs in a work environment. Watching the shelter pets find their forever homes has been so inspiring and keeps me in awe of the bond humans and animals share. Dogs and their pet parents love that I try to make their pet feel right at home. I love getting down on a dog's level and am not afraid to get dirty with them. I give them my undivided attention so that they can feel safe and secure while they're with me. You can feel comfortable knowing that your dog will be in a dog friendly environment with someone that loves them. I'm so excited to meet you and your dog!

We cannot say enough great things about Olivia! She watched our two dogs, Rosie and London, for 5 days, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Olivia was incredibly responsive — any time we had a question or just wanted an update, she got back to us right away. If you’re looking for a dog walker or pet sitter you can truly trust, look no further. We will absolutely be booking with Olivia again and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. 10/10! 🐾
