Teddy had a lovely overnight stay at Scott’s! We got a really cute picture update of him playing with another mini dachshund, and in the morning Scott said he slept all night after a day of playing and fun. Will definitely be choosing Scott to watch Teddy again, thank you!
Jisaura is an absolute professional and pleasant to work with. She invited us to a meet-and-greet before our booking, which gave us complete peace of mind. While we were away, she kept us connected with regular photo updates. Truffles truly had a wonderful staycation of her own while we were on vacation! We will definitely be booking with Jisaura again and highly recommend her.
Barbara was amazing with Griffin. Before we booked we scheduled a meet and greet with her and to meet her dog Tommy who is a two year old poodle. Normally my dog doesn’t play but the two of them really hit it off and even though Griffin is almost 11 he was playing like a two year old! Barbara sent many updates and videos each day which I loved and they went on several walks. I would highly recommend her and should I need to go out of town again I will be contacting her.
Rebecca took excellent care of my maltipoo Biscuit. We had a great meet and greet too, and Rebecca made him feel right at ease. Shan Shan was absolutely amazing and took such good care of our babies. She offers such a calm environment for my two crazy Aussies. She sent pictures of them and reassuring text messages to ensure we had peace of mind while traveling out of the country for a week. I am always very nervous to leave my babies since they require so much attention, but after doing a quick meet and greet with Shan Shan, our mind was at ease. Highly recommend and will book again!
Hyukseon and Jean are truly the best choice for my dog, Starina. We recently did a test night before our trip, but other than that and another test night at a different rover host, she has never boarded at almost 12 years old. For our actual vacation time we needed Starry to stay 8 nights. I of course had a feeling it would be stressful for her but nowhere near what actually happened. Starry definitely experienced a lot of stress being away from home, but Hyukseon and Jean went above and beyond to care for her and keep her as comforted as possible. They even made trips to the vet and to the store to get unforeseen necessities and they followed the instructions on the new treatment perfectly. For sure Starina’s stress level was considerably higher than we anticipated but I know for a fact the whole time Starry was in good hands and extremely well cared for (the whole time Starry was eating all her meals and treats and excited for her walks). Hyukseon and Jean frequently updated me on Starry’s condition and everything going on which gave my family and me a lot of comfort and reassurance being so far away on a very important trip while all this was happening. Hyukseon and Jean have shown an unsurpassably high level of care, compassion, love, professionalism and patience and if it were anyone else caring for Starry, I highly doubt they would have been able to handle the situation this well and with this much love. Our family is so extraordinarily thankful for everything Hyukseon and Jean did for our sweet Starry❤️❤️❤️
Hannah was absolutely wonderful with our 2 Boston Terriers! She was thorough in her communication, provided lots of photo/video updates, and even sent us home with the most adorable, personalized goodie bag. I’m already booking her for our vacation next month and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting their fur-babies loved on by a sweet caretaker!
No matter when, where or for how long I have to leave Cooper I always feel a pang of guilt that he doesn't fully grasp what's going on or how long I'll be gone. But that guilt disappears as soon as we pull up to Michelle and Eric's and Cooper and Cairo start to play. Before I make it home, I'm more worried he's going to be disappointed when I get back and he has to come home with me. It's a relief to know he's in the best of hands and has a family to love him while I'm away.
We had such a wonderful experience with Lilly! She took amazing care of Benji and went above and beyond by accommodating an extra night when our trip was extended. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such kind and caring hands. She was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly loves fur babies. Benji was happy, well cared for, and comfortable the entire time. We’re so grateful and would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!
