“Maddi and her partner are simply amazing. It's hard to find good, honest, and caring people that keep things simple and do things right. They had their hands full with doggies but made sure each one received the individual attention and TLC they needed. They even prepared a report card for me along with some notes that tracked when they ate, drank, played, got snuggles, went on walks, and relieved themselves. All around good folks, great communication, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.”

Normally my dog doesn’t play but the two of them really hit it off and even though Griffin is almost 11 he was playing like a two year old! Barbara sent many updates and videos each day which I loved and they went on several walks. I would highly recommend her and should I need to go out of town again I will be contacting her.”

This was our first time using Rover, and Elena was incredible. Our 15 year old Shih Tzu (who is deaf and partially blind) needs careful attention. When he didn’t eat, her daughter hand-fed him kibble. It was clear from the photos and videos shared during his stay - as well as how happy and calm he was when I picked him up - that our dog was in the best hands. Elena will be our first choice for pet care the next time we are out of town.
Jisaura made the first time boarding our pup a great experience. She was so warm and welcoming upon meeting our fur baby we knew he would be in great hands. Our pup spent 6 nights with Jisaura and Seth and they made him feel right at home. I got daily updates with photos and videos and my family could tell our pup was getting lots of love and attention. We would recommend Jisaura and will for sure be back next time we need to leave our fur baby.
She was wonderful! She was very friendly, sent me daily updates, and was extremely accommodating when I needed to extend my dog’s stay on very short notice. Scott was a lifesaver when we traveled out of town for a wedding! All our friends and family came, so we had no one to watch him. Seeing how much Scott cares for his own dogs made me confident he’d be great at taking care of Teddy. We got one picture update a day, and Teddy always had another dog friend to play with! There was lots of space for him to run outside, and lots of shade to get out of the hot Vegas heat. I really appreciate Scott for taking care of our baby!
We had an amazing experience with Marie on Rover! She took such great care of our small Yorkie puppy during a 4-day stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. When our flight was delayed, Marie was incredibly understanding and accommodating with the schedule changes, which gave us one less thing to worry about while traveling. Every day she kept us updated with photos and videos, so we could see how happy and well cared for our puppy was. Marie is friendly, trustworthy, and clearly loves dogs. Her home was clean, and the fenced backyard gave our puppy a safe place to play and burn off energy. From the moment we met her, we felt completely comfortable leaving our puppy in her care. We are extremely happy with our experience and would absolutely book with Marie again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and dependable dog sitter!

Shan Shan was absolutely amazing and took such good care of our babies. She offers such a calm environment for my two crazy Aussies. She sent pictures of them and reassuring text messages to ensure we had peace of mind while traveling out of the country for a week. I am always very nervous to leave my babies since they require so much attention, but after doing a quick meet and greet with Shan Shan, our mind was at ease. Highly recommend and will book again!
Hannah was absolutely wonderful with our 2 Boston Terriers! She was thorough in her communication, provided lots of photo/video updates, and even sent us home with the most adorable, personalized goodie bag. I’m already booking her for our vacation next month and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting their fur-babies loved on by a sweet caretaker!
