“Shan shan and her family is super accommodating & very clean! We were in a rush to get out of town due to family emergency and our usual sitter wasnt available and I messaged Shan shan, with no hesitation she told us to come bring our baby right away to meet and see how he is, 5 mins later she said goo ahead we will watch him, she and her daughter held him the whole time, right then I knew our boy was in good hands. She sent me pictures and kept me posted on how he was doing which was great. The day of pick up we were running a little late, she offered to watch our boy overnight and pick him up in the early am instead so we dont need to rush back, Hands down very caring family and super accommodating with schedule changes and super flexible. This is the first time I've had to have someone other than family or close friends watch Molly, and for 2 weeks at that. Chase and his mother were great! I felt very comfortable having them watch Molly. They took GREAT care of her, and Molly looked so happy and relaxed. She really enjoyed her stay. I'll definitely be using Chase again!
Jimin was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute boarding request and responded quickly to all of my messages. She kept me updated throughout Luna’s one-day stay by sending pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Drop-off and pick-up were both quick and seamless. Most importantly, Jimin was wonderful with Luna, giving her all the love, attention, and care she needed. I was very impressed with the level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to board Luna with her again. Highly recommend!
