“Adam was professional, flexible, and helpful. We have boarded our 2 cats with him for a few weeks now while our house has some repairs done. Due to the unpredictable nature of construction timelines, we weren't sure exactly how long we would need boarding. He was very understanding, and willing to work with our schedule. I had such a good experience with Nataly! First of all, she accepted my request very last minute as my original sitter had cancelled on me & made me feel very comfortable about leaving my dog with someone new, she asked me questions about feeding times, water, etc. so I knew her stay would be as close to our normal schedule as possible. What I really appreciated was when she noticed my dog (who is a rescue) was scared of children, she used it as a training opportunity instead of keeping them separate. I was amazed when I came to pick her up, her daughter wanted to say goodbye & my dog went right up to her & licked her on the hand & let her pet her, I seriously couldn’t believe it. I will definitely book through Nataly again & would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!
Yilianis and her family are such a cute family that loves dogs. They took very good care of Puma and sent videos every day of him playing with her daughters who loved him. Yilianis is highly recommended as a sitter for your dog and we will definitely use her again in the future. Could not ask for better.
Sandra is amazing, 5 stars doesn’t capture it all. I had an emergency situation with my dog sitter in the middle of an extended international trip. Sandra was responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to earn my dog’s trust and take care of him. He is already a picky eater and is even more picky while I’m away; she had several tricks to get him back to eating regularly. She even helped put my house back in order after the emergency so I didn’t come home to a mess. She sends regular videos and text updates, I am so thankful she was available and I highly recommend her.
Aissa continues to be our go-to sitter for Cash and Nala! She takes such great care of them and sends us plenty of updates and pictures, so we always know they’re happy and doing well. They weee attentive to my senior dog’s feeding , took him on gentle shorter walks suited to her age, gave extra rest time and soft belly rubs, and sent regular photo updates. My older pup came home comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. Highly recommend — will definitely book again!
Briana exceeded all my expectations I had for my fur baby. She was so reassuring and accommodating for my first boarding experience. Enzo had such a good time there and he felt right at home with her. I enjoyed all the updated photos that she will send me during my time away and that helped me so much. I will most definitely be returning for any future bookings.
We absolutely loved having Deb and Robert watch Cooper! They took such great care of him and kept us updated with pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Great experience! I had to leave on an emergency trip overseas and I had peace of mind the minute I dropped off my dogs. Communication was flawless and my dogs were visibly comfortable there. Got photos and videos often enough to keep "connected" while away. Absolutely recommend ❤️
