We were in a rush to get out of town due to family emergency and our usual sitter wasnt available and I messaged Shan shan, with no hesitation she told us to come bring our baby right away to meet and see how he is, 5 mins later she said goo ahead we will watch him, she and her daughter held him the whole time, right then I knew our boy was in good hands. She sent me pictures and kept me posted on how he was doing which was great. The day of pick up we were running a little late, she offered to watch our boy overnight and pick him up in the early am instead so we dont need to rush back, Hands down very caring family and super accommodating with schedule changes and super flexible. Will definitely come back ❤️”
