A real circus. Maya and her partner who also stayed handled it with poise, and everyone was fed and happy when we returned. Thanks for letting us get away for a few days! I had mentioned that we weren’t sure how Albert would react to the July 4th fireworks, which can be very loud in our neighborhood, so Kay sent an adorable video of Albert calmly observing the firework displays from our living-room window. It was great not having to worry at all about our boy, or wonder if he was receiving the attention and company that he craves while we were gone. We came home to a calm, happy pet and a clean house.
