One thing I especially appreciated was the regular updates and photos she sent. Seeing my cats comfortable and well cared for made being away from them much easier.”

“Rivendell took care of my 13.5 year old pup overnight for two nights. She gave me peace of mind through pictures and text update. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worry for my pup. She even took her for walks which I have to admit, I don't always do. I know my pup had great company, and Rivendell was comfortable letting my pup in bed with her and snuggles on the couch, like I would do. My pups was happy but calm when I came home. She didn't seem stressed at all! Such a relief to find a great caretaker that treats my pup like her own.”
