About: I’ve had one dog personally, multiple fish, and a hamster, but specialize in senior/disabled pet care. Within my family I often take care of a service animal black lab and a special needs lab. Outside experience includes house sitting for a large dog breed home for consecutive days, a home with three Guinea pigs, a multi-cat home, and a saltwater tank. I’d love to have more experience with all varieties of pets including all dog breeds, cats, reptiles, avians, and rodents. I’m currently a full-time online college student and can offer high flexibility to fit into any homes needs including nights or simple daily drop ins. About: Animals have always had my heart. If there's an animal near, I’ll be the one trying to earn their trust and affection. (Once it was a coyote) I don’t care about size, age, or breed—I genuinely love every animal I meet.** I’ve cared for pets at all stages of life, from playful puppies to senior and hospice dogs. One of my most fulfilling experiences was living in a home with five bulldogs—including a puppy, two seniors, and one on hospice. While it was taxing emotionally I would do it all over again if needed. Last year, I rescued two baby birds who were being harassed outside and took them to a wildlife rehab center so they could heal and return safely to the wild. I’ve also grown up with pets of my own, Baby Blue (parakeet), Mishah (cat), Coco & Cinnabon (Shih Tzus) all my childhood pets. Now, Max and Pudge (bulldog mixes) are my boys, and Kisses and Crispy (Shih Tzus) are our family pets now. I currently volunteer with a local rescue on weekends, helping dogs find loving forever homes, and I have hands-on experience working with rescue and reactive dogs. I’m patient, observant, and always tuned in to each animal’s unique personality and needs. I currently work remotely so my schedule is pretty flexible right now. Realistically as long as there’s AC and a high speed WiFi I can work from anywhere. I’m very meticulous and love a schedule. If there’s written reference material I love that as well. As someone with two “higher maintenance” dogs, I understand how important it is for our dogs to be on a schedule because I know that dogs find comfort in them as well.

About: I’ve had a dog(or multiple) in my house since I was 6 years old. From the start I treated them with kindness and patience. Especially since I had a gentle giant of a dog. I did start taking care of my dogs when I was 12 years old though and it was exhausting but so worth it. I’ve seen my dogs grow up for 10 years and they’re still wild as puppies. I give my current dogs various medications and have special diets. I just got a puppy so that’s been a good challenge. I am currently potty training, deterring unwanted habits, playing for hours a day, and watching her so closely. I love all pets though, I just have more experience with dogs, and quick at adapting to special needs and dogs with boundaries. I am available any weekday, and am able to have a free weekend. I take turns with my mom watching our rescue puppy but she is mostly guaranteed to be home or able to take her on car rides if I need to be somewhere else. I also have a reliable car I cannot care for your pets at my home, we have 3 dogs and only one gets very unhappy with other dogs so it’s best not to overwhelm him. However! I can and will respect your home or living space if you’ll allow me, I don’t need much, just the supplies needed to care for your pet and some space to occupy myself(if pet sitting). I care for my current pets by paying attention to what they’re trying to communicate, whether they need to go outside, play, eat, or get comfy. I walk my dogs very carefully, not pulling on the leash too hard but establishing some control if necessary.

“Our fur baby, Boba loved his stay… Karyn and her family took care of Boba like their own,made him feel at home and providing boba a safe and clean home the whole weekend. karyn sent us pictures and communicated with us. She is very accommodating with pick up and drop off time. She gave us peace of mind and made us focus on our task during a soccer tournament for my son. I am very particular with Bobas care and no doubt Boba was well taken cared for and i im at peace knowing that Karyn will be an option when we visit Vegas… and she will br our top option,no doubt!”
“While on the road driving from Washington state, we learned that the hotel we booked in Vegas no longer accepts dogs. So we had to book with Hollie last minute, and she was very flexible! She sent me periodic updates on our boy with pictures during his stay, and was very friendly and accommodating. If we ever find ourselves needing doggy care in Vegas again, we know who to call! ?”

“My dogs received an abundance of love, cuddles, walks and playtime during their stay. I received updates and pictures several times per day. When I picked them up they were sad to leave! My pups became part of their family! I would definitely leave them with Kerri again, and I’m sure they can’t wait for us to leave again so they can go back!”
