I have real experience across the full spectrum of dog needs. Puppies who haven't figured out their own legs yet? Handled with patience and a lot of laughs. Senior dogs who need a slower pace, a softer touch, and maybe some help at medication time? Honestly, that's one of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon. I work from home running my own businesses, which means I'm not squeezing your dog into a lunch break. Morning walks, midday check-ins, late pickups. I take one client at a time, so your pet isn't competing for attention with a houseful of other dogs. The day actually wraps around them. My home is a house with a fenced yard in Green Valley South. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and the bed. That's not a policy. It's just how we live. When I'm at your place instead, your pet's routine stays exactly as you left it. Same schedule, same rules, same spots. I'm there to look after your pet, not redecorate their life.

About: I’ve had a dog(or multiple) in my house since I was 6 years old. From the start I treated them with kindness and patience. Especially since I had a gentle giant of a dog. I did start taking care of my dogs when I was 12 years old though and it was exhausting but so worth it. I’ve seen my dogs grow up for 10 years and they’re still wild as puppies. I give my current dogs various medications and have special diets. I just got a puppy so that’s been a good challenge. I am currently potty training, deterring unwanted habits, playing for hours a day, and watching her so closely. I love all pets though, I just have more experience with dogs, and quick at adapting to special needs and dogs with boundaries. I am available any weekday, and am able to have a free weekend. I take turns with my mom watching our rescue puppy but she is mostly guaranteed to be home or able to take her on car rides if I need to be somewhere else. I also have a reliable car I cannot care for your pets at my home, we have 3 dogs and only one gets very unhappy with other dogs so it’s best not to overwhelm him. However! I can and will respect your home or living space if you’ll allow me, I don’t need much, just the supplies needed to care for your pet and some space to occupy myself(if pet sitting). I care for my current pets by paying attention to what they’re trying to communicate, whether they need to go outside, play, eat, or get comfy. I walk my dogs very carefully, not pulling on the leash too hard but establishing some control if necessary.

About: I absolutely love taking care of animals! I take a lot of pride in caring for your home and your babies. I also love meeting new people, and their pets! I am a full-time student with a part-time job. I work before and after my classes, but I always make it home to let the dogs out, feed the cats, etc. during the day :) I care for them as you would. About: I’ve had one dog personally, multiple fish, and a hamster, but specialize in senior/disabled pet care. Within my family I often take care of a service animal black lab and a special needs lab. Outside experience includes house sitting for a large dog breed home for consecutive days, a home with three Guinea pigs, a multi-cat home, and a saltwater tank. I’d love to have more experience with all varieties of pets including all dog breeds, cats, reptiles, avians, and rodents. I’m currently a full-time online college student and can offer high flexibility to fit into any homes needs including nights or simple daily drop ins. Weekend stays or overnight needs are available as well. Learning my client’s routine, or training, and staying to it for the pet’s comfort will be a top priority. I’m happy to take care of outdoors loving pets or couch potatoes.

About: Hi! I’m Scarlett, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. Some of my favorite memories growing up involve dogs curled up next to me on the couch, playing outside until they were completely worn out, or spending quiet evenings with my cat in my lap. Caring for animals has never felt like a chore to me—it’s something I genuinely love. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Right now I have a service dog who has taught me so much about patience and understanding anxious pets. Because she needs extra reassurance, I’ve learned to pay attention to body language, build trust at each dog’s pace, and create an environment where they feel safe and comfortable. I also have a 10-year-old cat that I’ve raised since she was young. When she started having trouble using her litter box, I didn’t give up or get frustrated. I spent time researching, changing her routine, and working with her until she was confidently using it again. Experiences like that have taught me that every pet communicates differently, and sometimes they just need someone willing to slow down and understand them. I’m especially comfortable caring for pets with medical needs. I’ve given insulin injections to my younger brother with Type 1 diabetes as well as a close friend’s diabetic dog, so needles and strict medication schedules don’t intimidate me. I’ve also administered eye drops, ear medication, and oral medications to my own dogs, including caring for one of my dogs while he struggled with painful eye conditions that required daily treatment. Since I’m studying nursing, being calm, detail-oriented, and following medical routines accurately is something that comes naturally to me. I’m also an active person. I love being outside, going on walks, running, and staying busy, so energetic dogs are honestly my favorite. Whether your dog loves long walks, games of fetch, or simply needs someone who can match their energy, I’m always excited to join them. At the same time, I’m just as happy spending a quiet afternoon keeping an older dog company or giving extra attention to a shy pet that needs a little more patience. Beyond dogs and cats, I’ve cared for snakes, fish, and plenty of plants (my room is basically a tiny jungle), so taking care of living things has always been a big part of who I am. Friends and family know me as the person who notices the little things—whether it’s a change in appetite, energy, or behavior—because I truly pay attention. When your pet is with me, my goal isn’t just to feed them and let them outside. I want them to feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for. I’ll treat them with the same patience, love, and attention that I give my own pets, and I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing they’re in good hands. About: I’ve always loved animals! I’ve consistently taken care of cats for 30 years. I grew up with a few dogs but they have passed. I was able to take care of them as they were older so I do have experience with senior dogs with special needs. I am kind and gentle and will love your fur/furless baby like it is my own!! At my home I will be the primary caretaker for your pets. I can’t say they won’t get extra love from my children or husband! My kids love to cuddle the animals and be close to them so friendly lovable babies are always welcome. Not to say that babies that don’t love cuddles aren’t! However; we live in an imperfect world and accidents can happen, I would like to work with clients who are willing to work TOGETHER to find solutions to things that may arise. I am pretty free and open! Will be flexible to work with your schedule. Available most days of the week mornings and into the evenings. For pets that come to our home it will be a free for all throughout the house. For cats that stay I do request you bring their litter box. I will not let cats out of my house even if they use to being outdoors. They will not be familiar with my neighborhood so they will be kept indoors.

About: I've constantly lived with animals my whole life, even now I live with both Cats and dogs. I also watch over my friends animals while there out of town! I am a great choice for watching your animals and making sure they get the excercise and nutriton needed! Im currently working part time, so whatever days I am available I am willing to spend feeding your animals and walking them! I have a willingness to help your animals with there needs. I will ensure your animals feel safe in there home, and I have experience with stray dogs and cats. It's my responsibility to ensure your cats and dogs feel safe with me entering there space!

I treat your kittens and doggies as my own, they truly become my friends! I love taking my dogs to the Oxnard Beach Park for walks! My backyard is spacious and safe for any pet! About: I have been around animals all my life since childhood and up to my adult years . I have taken care of dogs, cats , hamster, rabbits and guinea pigs. I’m currently working part time and have open availability during the week and on weekends. I would love the opportunity to take care of pets since I love animals.
