I absolutely love Jean and Hyukseon! They have taken such wonderful care of my Mia, and she clearly feels right at home with them. She loves their cat tree, the treat bag they provide, and most of all, she loves coming to their house! 🐾❤️ I couldn’t be happier with the care and love they give her! Bonus, they make the cutest video updates ever!

I can’t say enough good things about Hyukseon & Jean! I reached out with very little notice for Blu’s boarding, and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate the booking — that alone took so much stress off my plate. On top of that, my arrival ended up being later than planned, and they were completely understanding and flexible about it. What really stood out was the communication throughout the stay. They sent me custom videos of Blu the whole time, so I always felt connected to how he was doing and could tell he was happy and comfortable. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pups in their care, not just checking a box. As a final touch, when I picked Blu up they sent me home with a snack bag for the drive, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Between the flexibility, the communication, and the little extras, it’s obvious Hyukseon & Jean go above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be booking with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter who truly treats your dog like family 🥹❤️

We left our dog with this wonderful couple for 3 days and 2 nights, and we were very happy with the experience. They care for dogs in their own home, which made the environment feel very comfortable and personal. What impressed us the most was how genuinely they love and care for dogs. The husband especially has such a deep love for dogs that it was one of the reasons they started pet sitting, and you can really see that in the way he treats them. At first, we were a little nervous about leaving our dog somewhere new, but they made us feel completely at ease. Our dog was well cared for, comfortable, and seemed very happy when we picked him up. We would definitely trust them with our dog again whenever we travel or need to be away. If you are looking for someone who will treat your dog with genuine love and care, we highly recommend them!

The girls always enjoy their time with Hyukseon and Jean! They take great care of them, sending video and text updates. They send the girls' food dishes back clean and everything organized. Highly recommend.
