“This was my first time using Rover and it was an amazing experience because of Aly. She communicated with us right from the start and set up a meet and greet where she asked questions about our puppy's routine, needs, and preferences. We were nervous immediately felt very comfortable leaving our brand new puppy with her. Aly sent daily updates and pictures throughout our vacation and we could tell our dog was comfortable and happy. Aly felt like an extension of the family right away and we I couldn't recommend her more. We will definitely look to have her watch our dog in the future.”
