About: After 15 years with my dog, I’ve transitioned to being the go-to dog walker and sitter for my family and friends, and am excited to ! I have experience caring for dogs in every phase of life, from the energetic puppy days, to the senior days that required more attention. I’m also careful with yard safety, checking that fences and gates are secure before letting a dog out and keeping an eye on them the whole time, rather than assuming a fenced yard means no supervision is needed. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and have done fostering of dogs since 2019. My friends, neighbours, and their friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and be with their dogs. I have stayed at dog owners place and sometimes dogs have even stayed at my place too. Melissa is a wonderful pet sitter! She did drops ins for my two cats. She washed dirty bowls that my cats used after eating. I thought that was so thoughtful of her to do this. She also took pictures of my pets , the pet food she fed them, as well as the cat pen area that she cleaned, everyday. In addition, she came over the day it was supposed to snow, on very short notice, for additional drop in visits. I asked her if she could do drops ins the day before, for this day. And even though it was short notice for this additional booking, she agreed to do the drop ins. I was relieved to not have to travel back home, an hour away, in inclement weather, the next day.
