I have always loved animals, I graduated college with a bachelor's degree in animal science, and I worked as a veterinary technician throughout my college years. I now work as a science teacher at a local high school, which gives my schedule lots of flexibility in the summer months and around holidays. I have had many pets throughout my life, both dogs and cats. My best boy Mojo crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in March of 2022. My heart is not quite ready to commit to a new pet, but that just means I have more love to give to your animals! I treat my clients' pets as if they were my own, and I take pride in providing excellent service.

Kristy was great with Bonnie! She sent me videos every day I was gone.
Kristy took great care of Jack. She took lots of pictures of him playing and sleeping, so I knew he was being well cared for. I would definitely use Kristy again.

Kristy was incredible with our little Mayo! 🐾 Mayo had a rough first night and had a hard time settling in - Kristy took amazing care of her and was so kind. The next day Mayo had completely relaxed and was in her normal routine, hanging out in all of her favorite places and poses - just like at home 💕 Kristy was very responsive, kind, and send some adorable photos and updates. She also set up multiple comfortable spots around her home for Mayo - above and beyond!! Thanks for taking such good care of our little tiger 🐯 It always makes travel easier when pet care is top !!!

During the school year my availability is limited to weekdays after 3 p.m. and weekends. My schedule is much more open throughout the summer months and during holiday breaks.

When I am doing drop-in visits and/or walks your animal's comfort and safety are my top priority. You can rest assured that your pet will be well taken care of. I treat them like my own!
Une journée type
I like to stick to my client's normal routines as much as possible, especially on the first few visits. However, I am an adventurer at heart, so I do love branching out and exploring the neighborhood as much as possible on our walks. Please let me know if there are any places in particular that your dog likes to explore. When boarding dogs in my home, I like to use various treat puzzles and enrichment toys to keep them entertained. I also enjoy dog training, so your pet may come home having learned some new fun tricks!
