About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them truly lights me up! About: I have taken care of dogs for most of my adult life. My wife and I have made a point to adopt large older dogs that tend to be stuck in the shelter system. Any concerns we had about Leroy going on a hunger strike(normal for him when he's left behind) or not going #2 on a leash were alleviated quickly. About: Majority of my experience working with cats in a professional setting comes from my time working as a veterinary assistant. A previous housemate of mine had an orange cat named Daenerys who I adored and would care for and play with whenever her owner was gone for the weekend. I unfortunately did not have the pleasure of growing up with cats due to a parent's allergy, but I absolutely adore them and cannot wait to adopt my own one day!! My favorite thing about cats is how much time and patience it takes to earn their trust. I think they are wonderful at teaching people boundaries, patience, and curiosity.
About: As a shelter volunteer I have cared for and socialized many cats, in addition to taking on 2 medial fosters, a cat that was hit by a car and a kitten that needed care after a leg amputation, both recovered and did find their forever homes. We recently lost our coon/calico girl who thought she was a dog and we have our rescued sweet senior black cat named Riley. Both our cats and dogs travel with us, so I am experienced in all areas of care. Feeding, medication and cleaning litter boxes can also be arranged if you are away for an extended trip.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I also have my own two dogs that I walk and feed. As well one of my dogs take medication so I also know how to do that. About: I have taken care of dogs for most of my adult life. My wife and I have made a point to adopt large older dogs that tend to be stuck in the shelter system. Any concerns we had about Leroy going on a hunger strike(normal for him when he's left behind) or not going #2 on a leash were alleviated quickly. He even apparently was friendly with other dogs which can be a challenge at times. I will not hesitate to use Skye again and am confident that we just found our regular sitter when the need arises.”

About: My family and I have been dog lovers and owners for over 27 years; caring not only for our own pups, but also for the dogs of friends and family. With that much experience, we know every dog has their own personality, needs, and quirks and we love them all! We currently share our home with a sweet, high energy female boxer, who adores making new friends, so your pup will get both loving care and a playful buddy while you’re away. I’m available for boarding both weekdays and weekends making it easy to fit your dogs needs into my schedule. Dogs in our care enjoy a routine of two-three daily walks, early morning, mid afternoon and evening depending on dogs needs and weather. In addition they receive plenty of backyard playtime throughout the day to keep them happy healthy, and engaged. Feeding schedules can be adjusted to maintain their typical routine. Your dog’s safety is always my priority. The fenced in yard with locked gates provides a secure space for outdoor play, and our friendly 2 1/2 year-old boxer is here to keep your pup company. For added peice of mind, we have indoor cameras to keep an eye on things if we have to step out and cameras around the outside of the entire home, although dogs are never left unattended outside. I can also offer crates if preferred and have designated areas to separate dogs during feeding time to ensure a calm and stress-free environment.
