Anna was super tentative and detail oriented with my pets routine and needs. She made the experience for myself and my pet very comforting and assuring throughout the duration of the stay. I am so appreciative for the incredibly wonderful warm care Tanu gave Meli. Tanu and her two terrific sons were attentive, loving, and treated Meli like their own. Tanu made sure Meli got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddle time. Tanu worked hard to make it seem like Meli was also on vacation! We had such a great experience with Britany! From the very beginning, she was super personable. We first did a meet and greet where she went over everything with us in person, which really helped us feel at ease. We left our dog, Frodo, with her for a couple of nights, and she took amazing care of him. She sent us multiple updates unprompted with a photo and/or video each day and really paid attention to his temperament, making sure he felt safe and comfortable in her home. It’s clear she genuinely loves dogs and is super in tune with their needs. We definitely plan to use her again soon - highly recommend!
We used Nicole and Chris for a very last minute trip and have to say they came through as a blessing! My baby had an amazing time being spoiled by them! They were very responsive from the beginning till end. I received multiple daily updates with pics. He was walked, played with and came home very happy.
