âCaitlyn was an excellent dog sitter. I could tell from all the tail wagging that my pup enjoyed her company very much. She sent me many pictures and updates! About: I started my career in pet care with my very first job as dog walker in NYC and have since delved into many niches in the pet care industry along the way to Pawfect Day; dog walking, petsitting, grooming, doggy day care, boarding, shelter work, etc. and thought to myself...why pick just ONE?! I have such a deep passion and love for animals accompanied by higher education and the hands on experience to match; all of which motivate me to continue doing what I love...giving the best care and companionship to pets! I own a pet care company and work for myself full time! Pet care is my full time job and I am always looking for new furriends. :) I treat each and every furkid as if they were my own! My services are the pawfect solution for when you need to be away from your furry family member. I offer tailored care, to your discretion including playtime, feeding, cuddles, updates, and more for a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for you and your pet.

âWe really appreciated and not being able to take our Sofie so last minute. She was very pleasant and friendly. Her accommodations were clean and orderly. Sofie took to her right away. I know that if Iâm in the area, she is the person I will call!â

About: đ Hello! I offer pet care for when youâre not able to be there. I am available for drop-in visits, pet sitting, pet daycare, and also pet walking (even for cats!). đ I currently provide pet care services for most of the Nassau County area and some parts of Nassau-Queens border. I am also able to travel to Manhattan with added transportation coverage. I am local: Repeat services booked with me receive special accommodations & rates. đ Messages that are sent after hours on Rover may be responded to on the following day. đš Iâm experienced with small breeds, or toy breeds, specifically Pomeranians, been around them all my life, including newborns and senior dogs who were raised starting as puppies. đš Experienced with docile cat breeds, in particular Persian, Himalayan, Ragdoll, Maine Coon and other related cat breeds. đš Have experience with Goldfish, Bettas and birds such as Budgies, so knowledgeable about care. đž Iâm intuitive and pay attention to picking up the different ways a dog or cat expresses nonverbal communication, they constantly give us cues. About Me: I own a color-point Persian cat who is 7 years old that I enjoy spoiling. I can speak Italian, enjoy gardening, art, sewing, yoga, tennis & pilates. Iâm a fan of the original Twilight movie directed by Catherine Hardwicke. đž Iâm currently providing pet care for a King Charles Cavalier who has mobility issues and dietary restrictions, but he is such a big mush! I am also caring for a special needs 4 month old kitten who needs to be syringe-fed, given both topical & oral medication on schedule, along with helping her with using a litter box. In addition to assisting with care of a (palm-sized) rescue kitten who is less than one month old needing to be bottle fed every few hours, given antibiotic medication for her eyes and frequent cleaning with wet wipes, due to being too young to know how to use a litter box. I have found it to be extremely rewarding and willing to look after a few more furbabies within my local area. đš Iâm trustworthy and reliable, I would always practice good manners. Respectful of privacy when Iâm in a clientâs home. I make sure that when Iâm with your pet, safety is an upmost priority.

About: My best friend in the whole world was my dog Molly of 14 years. Throughout the years iâve had plenty of pets ranging from cats, dogs, bunnies, turtles, birds, uromastyx, bearded dragons, fish and more. At 10 years old, I stopped eating animals all on my own, 10 years later I am still vegan and still madly in love with the purity of animals and couldnât imagine myself playing a part in the harming of them. Iâd be delighted to care for your pets, I miss my Molly. I am available any time or day in December, January and February. I have a seasonal job and I am laid off during those months. I love to play with animals and iâd be more than happy to care for them everyday. I will provide your baby with love and comfort along with food, water, treats, playtime, bed, outdoor time, walks, required bathroom needs and more. I will always keep you updated with everything with pictures and videos.

âTina was so awesome to work with! She watched our super high energy 2 year old lab mix (Kenzie) for daycare at her home. She sent lots of pictures and updates and made sure to ask us lots of information about our dog before we dropped her off. I appreciated how much communication she provided and all of the pictures she sent!â

About: We have had many dogs throughout our life. Right now we currently have 2 small Havanese dogs - Daisy and Luna. We have two children, 14 and 12, and both dogs get along with all children and other dogs as well. We will take care of your dogs as though they are one of our own! We do take on more than one dog at a time, but never more than 2 (so including my own dogs, never more than 4 total). We have a fully fenced in yard where they love to run around and play. We live in a great neighborhood where we can go on long walks. We have two size crates should your dog require one. We look forward to spending time with your pet/s! I currently work full time as a teacher but am home by 2:30 and am able to come home during lunch breaks to let dogs out and walk them. My husband is home all day- so they always have company! My two dogs love other dogs so they will always have someone to play with. About: I have been living with a dog (at one time with 3) since 2010. We recently said goodbye to our lab/retriever mix and are not quite yet ready to adopt a dog again but we miss having a dog around. As a pet parent I understand how stressful it can be finding reliable care and finding someone who will love your dog as much you do. It can also be tough when you find out you have to work late and will need someone to come to your rescue to let your baby out and feed them. When Iâm not walking dogs, Iâm taking care of my human children (who also love dogs) which means I have a somewhat flexible schedule, and I spend a lot of time outdoors. We have always found lots of fun outdoor bonding opportunities everywhere we have lived with our dog. We both love being outside and being active and I would love to share this hobby with your dog too! I am a full time mom to two school aged children. I have reliable blocks of availability for the most part. I am in and out during the day and my husband works from home a lot of the time as qell. Weâre very big on walks, dog parks, fetch (our sweet pup was inexhaustible and could play fetch for hours), and my kids practically live in our yard so Iâm outdoors a lot when Iâm home. When caring for a pet in a clientâs home, I follow the care instructions given by the pet parent.

West Hempstead dog parents share their Rover experiences
Once we met Nicole in person, it was quite evident the extent of knowledge, caring, and experience this young lady has for the animals, namely cats and dogs. She made suggestions and it worked, and once we left our pet dog Bella with her, she sent us pictures and videos to show how she was enjoying her time with Nicole and the other pets. She is very caring and has extra toys for the pets to play with, and a fenced backyard for them to run around free, which they all clearly liked a lot. Thank you Nicole for being so wonderful to our Bella and for the depth of knowledge and caring you have for the pets. Stay well.
