About: I'm a dog and cat mom who takes pet care seriously. My 3-year-old Czech working line German Shepherd has taught me how to read animal behavior, meet dogs where they are, and keep them mentally and physically engaged. We've worked with a professional trainer and I'm always learning more about canine behavior and instincts. My cat Mavia has been with me for 5 years, so your feline family is just as welcome. Here's what every drop-in visit looks like: I show up, follow your pet's routine, and handle whatever they need,feeding, potty breaks, playtime, or just some calm company. I pay attention to their mood and energy, not just the checklist. Before I leave, you'll get a photo update so you're never left wondering how they're doing. Your pet's comfort and your peace of mind are the whole point. Pet care is a natural part of my daily rhythm. I block out midday hours specifically for visits, so I'm never rushing in and out. Your pet gets my full attention during the visit, not a distracted five minutes between other obligations. When I'm in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. I follow your instructions exactly, feeding schedules, routines, restricted areas, all of it. I'm also comfortable administering pet medications if needed. You'll always get a photo update before I leave so you know everything went smoothly.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up around pets taught me that every animal has their own unique personality. Whether your fur baby is super energetic, a couch potato, aloof, or a bit shy, I easily adapt to what makes them feel safe and happy. I'll always treat them like my own! Beyond pet care, I'm a part-time college student working toward my nursing degree, driven by a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in the world. I previously worked in a veterinary clinic, where I gained valuable experience handling animals safely, assisting with their care, administering oral medications, and performing injections as needed. While I no longer work in veterinary medicine, I am comfortable caring for pets with routine medical needs and always follow the owners' instructions carefully. I also volunteered with my local Humane Society for eight years and was proud to serve on its Board of Directors for four years. During that time, I helped countless animals of various ages, temperaments, and medical conditions find loving homes. Caring for foster animals, bottle babies, and pets recovering from illness taught me patience, compassion, and how to recognize when an animal requires extra care. I previously owned and operated Peak Pet Sitting in Ruidoso, New Mexico, where I offered dependable in-home pet care to local families. After moving to Arizona two years ago, I focused on my full-time job and furthering my education, but I'm excited to resume pet sitting services because caring for animals has always been one of my greatest passions. For the sake of all animals' safety and comfort, I generally do not offer boarding in my home. I have three dogs, three cats, and a turtle, and I believe that most pets are happiest and safest in their familiar surroundings. Young kittens or orphaned bottle babies are an exception, as they can be safely isolated in a separate room away from my other pets. I have extensive experience fostering neonatal kittens and caring for bottle babies, so I am confident in providing the specialized care they require. (WEEKENDS ONLY or HOLIDAYS) Whether I'm caring for your pet at home or a young kitten in mine, I'll carefully follow your care instructions, administer oral medications or injections as needed, and provide regular updates with photos to give you peace of mind while you're away.
