Natalie provided wonderful care for our dog and cat! She was communicative, considerate, and made our (very anxious) pets feel comfortable. (Our cat is prone to hiding under the fridge, and Natalie was able to coax her out quicker than we can!) I highly recommend Natalie and will be reaching out to her for future pet care needs.
Kathleen took great care of my 12-year-old dog at my home for the weekend. She asked great questions about my dog’s care before the weekend and sent regular updates while I was gone. Jai did an excellent job caring for my kitty while I was out of town for over a week! When I came home, my apartment was in excellent shape, Jai followed all my care instructions and sent lots of photos and videos. Emily went above and beyond to ensure our anxious cat felt as comfortable as possible during her stay. One of our kitties requires medication and Emily followed instructions to the “T”. Upon our return, the house was clean, cared for, and our kitties were very happy. We are certainly looking forward to working with Emily again!
I will admit I was very, very nervous about using Rover for the first time - none of our go-to friends and family were available and we thought May would be a great fit and we were right! We came home to happy animals, all of our instructions were listened to and she even checked to make sure we got home ok in case we needed extra help!
