“Harriette was fantastic! Took great care of our girl while we were away. Great communication and updates so we felt like we didn’t miss a thing. Will definitely use her again!”

“Jessica is absolutely amazing, and I will book her again in a heartbeat. She made everything so easy from start to finish - quick to respond, thoughtful in her questions, and attentive to every detail. I especially appreciated that she was comfortable dropping in on my GSD without needing a meet-and-greet beforehand, which really shows her natural affinity towards animals. Throughout the visit she sent updates and pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. When I came home, my pup was happy and healthy, and my house was exactly as I left it - everything you want when using Rover. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring sitter!”

“Deb arrived on time and was great with our new puppy who is still learning. She came on a timely manner and had great energy! She managed to walk Ella and even have time to let her play with her toys for a little while before she had to go back in her crate. We had a great first experience with Deb and will definitely use her again”

“The dogs and I love Ideen! He is responsive to me and my dogs enjoy his company and attention. He even stacked our mail nice and neat even though I didn't ask him to! I will use him again and you should too!”
“Jana is amazing! I have a unique and inconsistent schedule and needed help checking in on Leo while I am working. She has been flexible with us in scheduling and Leo ADORES her! I could not be more relieved knowing he is in excellent care while I am working. She takes him on walks, plays and cuddles with him. It is hard for me to leave him but it is very comforting to know he is loved and cared for so much when I can’t be there for him. It’s hard for me to trust anyone with my sweet little boy but I can say we made a perfect match with Jana. I look forward to each visit and Leo does too. Thank you so much Jana, we appreciate you!!”

About: Hi, my name is Kelly. I just moved here from New Mexico. I am a lover of all animals, big and small, fluffy and scaly and everything in-between. I worked part time for Animal Humane New Mexico. I helped in adoptions, animal care, behavior and training. While at Animal Humane I received my Fear Free Shelter Certificate. As well as animal care training in administering medications, vaccines and taking care of animals that are sick or have behavior issues. I volunteer walking dogs at the Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department. I foster for AWD kittens, puppies, rabbits, senior cats and dogs, and help work with animals with behavior issues! I love helping animals in need and it is my passion in life! I walk and care for dogs of all different breeds, sizes and behavior temperaments.I have taken behavior classes through my work in basic obedience training for dogs and puppies. I have my basic obedience certificate from Karen Pryor Clicker Academy. I can help keep your dog or puppy on track to become fully trained and well mannered! I also do pet sitting for cats. I absolutely love what I do and I am looking for more work in the field of animal care! I have had years of experience pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and coworkers. I live in a house with a huge back yard that is fenced in. Lots of space to run! I do have dogs and cats but can keep them separate from your animals. My dogs are dog freindly and get along well with other dogs and cats. If you want I can take your dog to a beautiful hiking trail we have a year access to all the state parks or even the Swamp Rabbit Trail! I love to go running and go daily so if you want I can take your dogs running! I look forward to meeting you and your best friend. My weekly routine is very flexible and I can take your dog for a walk or run in your neighborhood. As well as fun field trips and outings to parks, state parks, and swamp rabbit trail! Pet care and safety is my highest priority. Being aware and fully present of any health concerns or changes in your pets behavior is something I watch for on a regular basis. I get to know your pets and they become like family to me! I will keep you informed of any behavior or medical changes that I might notice.
“Shirley is an amazing sitter! One of the more thoughtful ones we’ve had based on the questions she asked. My dog did incredibly well under her care and we will certainly book with her again!”

“Cherie is amazing! She is so sweet to my dog and she goes above and beyond! The Rover “card” she writes after each visit is so detailed and makes me so happy reading about my dog’s outing and I love getting pics while I’m at work. They make me smile knowing she is taken care of so well! Cherie is very dependable, helpful and a pleasure for me and my dog!!”

I currently work Monday thru Friday from 7-4, but am flexible after work and on weekends! During the summer I have flexible working hours all week. I want your pets to be comfortable with me and strive to keep their environment and schedule as close to normal as possible to reduce stress and keep them happy!

“Rae was extremely helpful and kept the house clean. She continued to keep us updated on the dogs while we were out of town. Will definitely have her dog sit for us again 😊”

“It was my first time leaving my dogs home and having someone from Rover take care of my babies! Catherine was awesome! She was spot on with communication and photos. I will definitely hire her again if needed!”

About: I'm a cat enthusiast! I would love to operate a cat sanctuary one day. I've been caring for animals almost my entire life and currently have two cats (ages 9 & 2.5) and one dog of my own (age 12). I will show your babies nothing but love (including your dogs!!). I know how hard it can be to trust others with your fur babies but I promise to take great care of them. I currently work full-time (9am-5:30pm M-F) from home and am able to make stops before and after work. I have most weekends free and am flexible for whatever care you need. I will follow whatever instructions you have for caring for your pets. If in my home, I do have a fenced in yard to make it easier for dogs to run around and use the bathroom. I have an extra room/office space to keep cats separate from my own. I currently have a feeding schedule for my own pets (morning & evening). I ensure my cats have a clean litterbox by scooping every morning and night. I take my dog out every few hours during the day for potty breaks and try and go on at least one walk a day. I love to walk so it's often more than once a day. We keep lots of toys in the home and I try and play with them a couple times a day if not more.
“Tracie is so amazing! She consistently communicates, is always on time, and followed my instructions. Not to mention my dog absolutely loves her! We can’t wait for Tracie to come back!”

Welcome cat parents share their Rover experiences
Jaclyn is so sweet with our kitty, Dixie. When we returned home after being away for a few days, Dixie was calm and happy. It was obvious that Jaclyn spent the time each day to make certain Dixie had the social interaction and predictable routine she needed to feel secure. Jaclyn is reliable and stayed in communication with us, which we greatly appreciated.
Sally is the BEST! We have had several rescue kitties and all have been skittish based on the trauma they’ve been through. Sally makes it her mission to ‘get them to love me’, and she’s been completely A+ successful every time! With Sally we know we can go out of town and not worry at all about our baby. 🥰
