“Cherie is amazing! She is so sweet to my dog and she goes above and beyond! The Rover “card” she writes after each visit is so detailed and makes me so happy reading about my dog’s outing and I love getting pics while I’m at work. They make me smile knowing she is taken care of so well! Cherie is very dependable, helpful and a pleasure for me and my dog!!”

“This was our first time using Rover, we were very nervous to use but Harriette has made it a breeze! Jiji loves her walks and drop ins - the pictures are always a plus. We would trust Harriette again and again with our precious fur baby!”

“Tindle was so sweet and attentive to our babies while we were on a trip! She sends the cutest pictures & very thorough updates, would highly recommend her to care for your pets while you’re away!”

“Deb arrived on time and was great with our new puppy who is still learning. She came on a timely manner and had great energy! She managed to walk Ella and even have time to let her play with her toys for a little while before she had to go back in her crate. We had a great first experience with Deb and will definitely use her again”

“Chester provided another wonderful visit for my GSD. He is always so zen and happy when I return home so I know the care is exceptional. Chester also sends so many pictures and updates without me having to ask first which is surprisingly rare. Always looking forward to the next booking!”

“The dogs and I love Ideen! He is responsive to me and my dogs enjoy his company and attention. He even stacked our mail nice and neat even though I didn't ask him to! I will use him again and you should too!”
“Cody has taken care of my cat Edwin (my cat) 2 times now. He does a fantastic job with communication, updates, pictures, and follows directions. No complaints! Definitely consider booking with him if you have a cat.”

“Jay was excellent! He was willing to work with us last minute, with a 10-week-old crazy puppy no less, and he did a fabulous job. We loved all the photo updates! Thank you, Jay!”

“Amber is fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and let me tell you, she is so great! The pups loved her from the first meet! Will definitely use her more often! Thank you so much Amber!”

About: Hi, my name is Kelly. I just moved here from New Mexico. I am a lover of all animals, big and small, fluffy and scaly and everything in-between. I worked part time for Animal Humane New Mexico. I helped in adoptions, animal care, behavior and training. While at Animal Humane I received my Fear Free Shelter Certificate. As well as animal care training in administering medications, vaccines and taking care of animals that are sick or have behavior issues. I volunteer walking dogs at the Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department. I foster for AWD kittens, puppies, rabbits, senior cats and dogs, and help work with animals with behavior issues! I love helping animals in need and it is my passion in life! I walk and care for dogs of all different breeds, sizes and behavior temperaments.I have taken behavior classes through my work in basic obedience training for dogs and puppies. I have my basic obedience certificate from Karen Pryor Clicker Academy. I can help keep your dog or puppy on track to become fully trained and well mannered! I also do pet sitting for cats. I absolutely love what I do and I am looking for more work in the field of animal care! I have had years of experience pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and coworkers. I live in a house with a huge back yard that is fenced in. Lots of space to run! I do have dogs and cats but can keep them separate from your animals. My dogs are dog freindly and get along well with other dogs and cats. If you want I can take your dog to a beautiful hiking trail we have a year access to all the state parks or even the Swamp Rabbit Trail! I love to go running and go daily so if you want I can take your dogs running! I look forward to meeting you and your best friend. My weekly routine is very flexible and I can take your dog for a walk or run in your neighborhood. As well as fun field trips and outings to parks, state parks, and swamp rabbit trail! Pet care and safety is my highest priority. Being aware and fully present of any health concerns or changes in your pets behavior is something I watch for on a regular basis. I get to know your pets and they become like family to me! I will keep you informed of any behavior or medical changes that I might notice.

“I don’t have the easiest dog to care for, but she did an absolutely amazing job with him. She was so loving, attentive, and kept me updated throughout the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring!”

“Rae was extremely helpful and kept the house clean. She continued to keep us updated on the dogs while we were out of town. Will definitely have her dog sit for us again 😊”

“I hired Helen to watch after our two dogs during a transition period. Her flexibility allowed for three 60min visits which included dog walks each week. Helen was always on time and sent super detailed Rover updates. Both dogs loved her visits. I would definitely recommend Helen for any dog needs you may have!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Parker
Jaclyn is so sweet with our kitty, Dixie. When we returned home after being away for a few days, Dixie was calm and happy. It was obvious that Jaclyn spent the time each day to make certain Dixie had the social interaction and predictable routine she needed to feel secure. Jaclyn is reliable and stayed in communication with us, which we greatly appreciated.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 967 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Parker. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Parker. On Rover:
- 95% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
