“Very very appreciative of Kathryn. She was so helpful and ensured that all of our pets’ needs were met, going above and beyond to make sure that everything went well. I’ve had a few less than pleasant experiences on here, so coming home to happy pets and no mess was a relief. I absolutely recommend booking with her.”

“Lisa was wonderful! Great communication especially for such a last minute request! So thankful she took such great care of my girl while we were away for the night! Hope to have you again soon!”

“Cherie was amazing! My dog had ACL repair surgery and she came over multiple times a day to take him out, give him medicine and give him love in general while I had to work. I highly recommend her and so would my puppers!”

“This was our first time using the website and Harriette and we could not be happier!! I felt SO comfortable because she updated and sent pictures on every visit, was super quick on communication/responding, and everything we asked was done. We will definitely be using her again and are so appreciative of her!! Thank you so much!!”
“Lori was amazing with our babies! Both our babies love her when she comes and visits them. Lori spends time and brushes their coat (their favorite) and tends to their needs! We didn't have to worry when we were traveling out of the country for 2 weeks! You're the best, Lori!”

“Catherine was a great Baby - sitter! She is flexible and cheerful if changes to the upcoming schedule need to be made. Baby is normally shy but Catherine played with her and petted her often. Thanks for a great experience!”

“Tanya was simply amazing. I had to leave for a four day work trip, and had some significant life changes that caused me to have to find some pet care for my cat kind of last minute. Thankfully, Tanya was available. This was the first time I've used this sort of service at all, and I was a little doubtful/apprehensive. We scheduled a meet and greet, and my nerves were calmed after meeting Tanya. She has a nice personality and understood my situation. My cat has an automatic feeder, but I needed someone to check in on Nala, clean the litter box and change the two water bowls. Just as importantly, I really needed someone to spend some time with Nala so she had some human interaction while I was gone. Tanya did all of the above and it made me feel less worried when I got the updates about how well Nala was doing. Tanya cleaned up after Nala and took the litter trash, which I wasn't expecting! I thought I'd forgotten to put a bag in there. I would highly recommend Tanya for your pet care needs. She will take the best care of them. THANK YOU!!!!”

“Amber is incredibly punctual and has such a way with my animals - I am so grateful we found her and will be using her every time there is a need for outstanding pet sitting! It’s so reassuring to know they’re in such good hands.”

“Jessica was on time and did well to manage my squad of four dogs. I felt so much better having her check in on them twice a day while I was out of town. She sent precious pictures and even brought us by in my packages off the porch! My senior dog had an accident and she was kind enough to clean that up. 10/10 would book again.”

“Deb did a fantastic job with Susi and Mina during her 30-minute drop-in visit! She was on time, played with them, let them out, and kept everything tidy. I’ll definitely keep booking her!”

About: My love of dogs came when I was four years old. It took me only five years to convince my father that I could handle a dog and that was the beginning. I currently now have two cats, two foster dogs and three foster kittens. As we don’t have a yard, I don’t have the availability to have my own dog so I want to help others with all of their animals. I joined Rover.com because I enjoy walking and playing with dogs on a regular basis. My professional experience includes volunteering for multiple shelters where I helped with walking, enrichment, feeding and medicating. I am comfortable with specialty diets and sick animals, as well as administering medications, including IV's. I truly love all animals and I am so excited to make this passion a career. I am available Monday through Friday, all day, from first thing in the morning through evening. I can help with weekly dog walking, drop ins for dogs or cats, playtime, or feedings. I believe that the clients schedule and routine is the most important for the animals and I will file that. I always let my clients know when I have arrived and when I’m leaving and at least one picture to let them know that their pets are taken very well care of.
About: Hi, I have been professionally pet-sitting and a dog mom for over twenty years. My family had dogs and cats from the time I was born. I helped care for newborn golden retriever puppies when my mom was a breeder when I was in middle school. I have experience with senior dogs with health challenges, including my sweet lab mix who lived to be 15 as well as a few pet sitting clients who have needed special attention. I love spending time with animals and celebrating life, sharing their joyful presence and pure, loving hearts. I'm delighted to brush, massage, administer meds, cuddle, walk, play ball, play hide-and-seek, run, and talk to your fur children. I have a gorgeous pit bull named Jade who vacations at my parents house when I am pet sitting in your home. I currently work up to six hour shifts at a restaurant. If your pets need breaks more often than that, I need a couple of weeks notice to make sure I can be off work. I am in transition from grad school to private practice as a marriage and family therapist, and I intend to pet sit as I gradually get my practice up and running and increase clients. I will continue to be available for in home pet sitting, staying at your home at least part time throughout the day. ***I do not smoke and am sensitive to strong chemical perfumes, so I will not bring anything like that into your environment. I can’t pet sit in smoking homes or homes that have mold, musty smells, or strong air freshener perfumes. These things are generally not an issue for short drop-in visits or walks.
“Ella was a fantastic sitter! She did a few drop-ins for our two kittens while we were away and followed all of our instructions perfectly. She was communicative and sent the best check-in photos!”

About: I grew up with large and small dogs, and my husband and I loved our own fur baby, Louie the Frenchie, for 10 wonderful years. I work out of our home so I am available for drop in visits or dog walks just about any time of day or evening. I prefer to walk your dog where you live, so just let me know where they/you like to go and for how long :) Thanks!

Harriette is super responsive & timely! She took care of our two cats while we were on vacation, and arrived at our house around the same time every morning & provided updates the whole time. Answered all questions I had before & during the stay. Would book again. Thank you!

Steffanie did a wonderful job taking care of Ola! She was very attentive, caring, and kept me updated throughout the stay. Communication was great, and I felt completely comfortable knowing Ola was in good hands. I’ll definitely be booking with Steffanie again. Highly recommend!

Lori was amazing with our babies! Both our babies love her when she comes and visits them. Lori spends time and brushes their coat (their favorite) and tends to their needs! We didn't have to worry when we were traveling out of the country for 2 weeks! You're the best, Lori!

Jana was fantastic this week. So thankful I found her on Rover. Great communication and the photos look like the kitties were happy to see her on each visit. Thank you for your patience with Charlie. I was relieved knowing Charlie was getting his daily medication with no issue.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Judson. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
