Dogs are my happy place!
Pet care experience
I am a long-term dog owner, with experience working for one of the top vets in Texas. Nothing stops me in my tracks like a dog! Cuddles, wrestling, ball throwing, fur, enthusiasm and big dogs (especially goldens) are my favorite, although our current pet is a 20 pound pile of fur. I have been known to remember dog names better than people's, and rescue/ reunite strays regularly. I am very comfortable with providing medical care as needed, including pilling, end of life care, and consulting with vets. Details are my specialty, and I love getting to know dogs as the distinct individuals they are. Your dog will be talked to and loved on as much as they want, and you'll get all the useful parent information about our time together. I am most available during normal business hours, but can be flexible, particularly if you need multiple daily visits while traveling. Let's talk!

Information Cherie C. would like to know about your pet
I am interested in as much information as you'd like to give me about your dog ahead of time! I love all dogs, but Golden Retrievers and English Springer Spaniels are my favorite. Due to a current hip issue, I am unable to walk dogs over 40 pounds unless they are reliably well-behaved on a leash. I can work with dogs who pull moderately, but sadly, not dogs over 40 pounds who are prone to flight or pull hard constantly.
