About: Dogs have been part of our lives for as long as we can remember. Gage was raised around dogs from a young age, his dad bred bullies, so he grew up learning canine behavior, body language, and daily care firsthand. After getting married, we added four dogs of our own, which deepened our passion for training, boarding, and understanding how dogs learn best. We have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, including a Bull Mastiff, Pit/Lab mix, Rottweiler/Boxer mix, Great Dane, and a Boxer. Large breeds, high-energy dogs, puppies learning structure, and gentle seniors all receive care tailored to their specific needs. What truly sets us apart is that we intentionally keep things small and personal. We board a maximum of two dogs at a time (one family at a time), ensuring individualized attention, proper supervision, and a calm environment - never overcrowded, rushed, or chaotic. Cleanliness and safety are top priorities in our home. After each stay, we fully sanitize spaces, wash bedding, disinfect crates and play areas, and properly dispose of waste to maintain a clean, healthy environment for every dog. We also believe communication matters. Regular updates, photos, and check-ins are sent so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, cared for, and genuinely loved while you’re away. We own a small business offering guided boat tours, fishing trips, and jet ski rentals, which gives us a highly flexible schedule. Because we control our calendar, we only accept pet care bookings when we are fully available to dedicate our time and attention to your dog. Since we both work from home, your pup will not be left alone for extended periods. Pet care naturally fits into our daily routine, with built-in time for morning and evening walks, play sessions, feeding schedules, and plenty of supervision throughout the day. Our days are structured around consistency and companionship. Whether your dog thrives on activity and engagement or prefers a quieter, relaxed environment, we’re able to provide steady attention, a calm atmosphere, and dependable care from start to finish. Our home is a quiet, structured, and comfortable environment designed to feel like home, never like a kennel. As mentioned above, we intentionally care for only 1–2 dogs at a time (1 pet family at a time), which allows us to provide focused supervision, individualized attention, and a low-stress setting. Dogs enjoy supervised playtime, regular outdoor breaks, consistent feeding schedules, and plenty of downtime to rest and decompress. We pay close attention to each dog’s personality and energy level, adjusting care to ensure they feel secure and comfortable throughout their stay. Crates are never required unless your dog prefers the familiarity of one. We also have a dedicated spare bedroom where one of us can sleep with your dog, so they don’t have to sleep alone or feel isolated. Maintaining routine, safety, cleanliness, and emotional comfort are always our top priorities. Whether in our home or during drop-in visits at yours, we follow your established routines closely - including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and any specific instructions - so your dog experiences as little disruption as possible. Every dog in our care is treated with the same patience, structure, and affection we give our own.

From an energetic 8-month-old Staffy puppy I cared for over 6 weeks to sweet senior dogs who need gentle, patient love, I tailor my care to each dog's unique personality and needs. I've worked with a variety of breeds including Great Danes, Border Collies, terriers, and rescue dogs. I always let cats come to me on their own time—no forced cuddles, just calm, reliable care. Unfortunately, I'm not offering boarding at my home right now, but I'm happy to provide walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting at your place! Since I'm currently offering drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting at the client's home, I focus on making your pet feel comfortable and keeping their normal routine. For dogs: I follow your feeding schedule, take them on walks that match their energy level (whether that's a leisurely sniff-filled stroll or a brisk energy-burner), and provide plenty of playtime and attention. I'm happy to let them out in the backyard for potty breaks and will stick to any special instructions you have. For cats: I respect their independence and let them approach me on their own timeline. I'll handle feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and medication if needed. I'm experienced giving treatments like steroids to senior cats. General care: I'll send you photos and updates so you know your pet is doing well. I can also bring in mail, water plants, or adjust blinds to keep your home looking lived-in while you're away. My goal is to provide stress-free care so your pet stays happy and comfortable in their own environment, and you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.

About: Hello everyone! I am Cortenay, and from the age of 10 I have been caring passionately for animals. I have always felt that I have a special connection with them and understand them. Finally in my early twenties I began caring for them professionally at Mulberry Grove animal hospital. I started in the hospitals boarding wing where I provided personal around the clock care to all of the beautiful fur babies that came to stay. I fell in love with this being that caring for pets has always been my first love. My final chapter in the veterinary field was when I was promoted to a veterinary technician, where I administered medication and cared for special needs pets as well. In conclusion, I have made the decision to step out of the corporate world of care and actually be able to give "up close and personal" care for someones best friend/friends. About: I provide reliable, flexible in‑home care with the calm, experienced touch of a pet parent who has been around all kinds of furry pets since childhood. My babies at home include a reclusive and sweet cat, an cute energetic Frenchie, a friendly fluffy Maine coon-mix and a problematic but loving pug-chihuahua mix. This wide variety of pet personalities at home, gives me the ability to deal with all sorts of cuddly companions. I'm currently unemployed so my schedule is wide open and I can visit most days of the week at any time. I will make sure to visit as often as you like! About: Back in 2014, my parents adopted my sweet Sadie girl! Ever since then, I have learned the responsibility of caring for my girl and giving her all the lovings! She has led me to caring for other dogs by walking and feeding them at their owners request. I’m a full-time teacher for FCPS, but am looking for something to do after school and on the weekends. I am available 7 days a week other than when my brewery that I work at part-time schedules me. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings on Saturday and Sunday. I can also be available on weekdays in the late afternoon. Once summer comes around, I will be very flexible and will adjust to your schedule. I am more than willing to bring your puppy to my fenced in courtyard at my apartment complex. I am comfortable putting dogs into crates as well and feeding.
