“Highly flexible, punctual, and professional. Always informed me of any issues she noticed with my dog and was willing to take on small additional tasks while I was away. Would definitely hire again.”
2. Sarah K.
“THANK YOU for caring about our sweet Oakley so much! He is getting older and you are so sensitive to how long he should be walked in this hot weather! You make sure he stops and rests, bring him water and even a toy! We appreciate you so much! You are Oakley's favorite person! THANK YOU SARAH!”
3. Sarah S.
“Sarah never disappoints! We can always count on her. No matter what, she's always able to take care of our dog when we need it. With a new job further from home, I've been relying on her to walk our Bucky more and more, and she has saved me many times. Our dog wasn't feeling well a couple of days, and she made sure to report on anything she noticed to us on their walk so that we could have a little piece of mind. Sarah is the best!”

9. Jennifer D.

10. Rhonda C.
“Rhonda is a responsible and loving petsitter. She loves all animals like they’re her own and you can count on her to give your fur babies the very best care!”
11. Patti B.
“I highly recommend Patti as a pet caregiver for Rover. Over several years, I had the pleasure of watching her care for my three pets—two cats and a tripod dog—with extraordinary compassion and skill. She would often step in for extended periods while I was away traveling, handling everything from feeding routines to medical needs. Patti is highly experienced in administering various types of medication, including tablets, capsules, fish oil, and insulin shots for cats, which she learned while caring for a diabetic neighbor's pet. She’s also attentive to any prescription diet guidelines, ensuring pets get exactly what they need, but she’s more than happy to give them plenty of snacks and treats where they’re allowed. My dog, a tripod, also has special needs; Patti knows how to apply his carpal brace for walks and has experience trimming both cat and dog nails—a task she handles with a calm confidence that puts pets at ease. She even switched to a less comfortable bed herself to ensure my dog could rest where he felt most secure. In addition to her extensive experience with older pets, Patti has cared for puppies and is well-versed in their energy and needs. Throughout her life, she has looked after a wide range of animals, including bunnies, mice, hamsters, fish, and of course, cats and dogs. One of the best endorsements of her warmth and dedication is my dog’s reaction whenever he hears we’re heading over to Patti’s house—he jumps around with excitement, knowing he’s in for some quality time and love. Although she isn’t a fan of reptiles, snakes, or spiders, she is wonderfully suited to caring for most household pets with love, attentiveness, and expertise. Patti would be an asset to any pet family on Rover. Her dedication and warmth make her a standout caretaker who genuinely prioritizes the well-being and comfort of the pets in her care.”

About: Together we both have extensive experience with dogs of all ages and types. We have experience raising puppies, including those being raised to be future service dogs. Additionally, we have experience working with special needs dogs that are blind or require daily insulin treatment. We currently have two dogs, a 5 year old black lab and a 2 year old golden retriever. Both are highly socialized and get along well with dogs of all sizes/personalities. Ochai is well-known at the Rib Mountain dog park as being one of the sweetest dogs to people and dogs alike. We both volunteer our time at the Humane Society of Marathon County. Furthering our experiences with dogs of many backgrounds and temperaments. You may see a featured adoptable dog that is currently at the shelter in our photos. This dog is one we personally think may be a great addition to a family, especially one that already has a dog! Sometimes we send our dogs to daycare so we can open up our home to a shelter dog for the day and give them the relaxing day they deserve so much. Of course, on the days we do this, we aren't available to offer daycare/boarding. If you have a HSMC graduate pup from May 2023 onward we would love to see our old friends again! Please let us know and we will offer a free day of boarding or daycare as a token of appreciation for adopting a HSMC pup! When we confirm a booking you should know that at least one of us will likely be with your dog at all times, day or night. We both work from home quite often and before confirming a reservation we will check/adjust our schedules to make sure someone is going to be home during the day. It is important to your pets experience and safety that someone is watching them at all times. NEW! Tractive GPS Tracking The safety and wellbeing of your dog is always important to us and we know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pet behind. That is why we have added a GPS tracker to utilize. Not only will your furry loved one's location always be known at any given second, but we can also track their health to make sure they are doing well during their stay. -We currently only have one device, so it is not a guarantee your dog will be utilizing it during their stay. If you would like to guarantee it for your pup during their stay, we can accommodate these types of requests at the time of booking for $5/night or $25/stay. -We can share access to the tracker so you can know your pups location at any time and can check in on their health. It will show various information like their sleep activity and exercise information. This is only available if you reserve the tracker ahead of their stay. ---NEW! We are now privately insured outside of Rover. This allows additional and even more comprehensive coverage for your pup while they stay with us. Through PSA we are able to offer up to $2,500 in deductible free veterinary care if your pup gets hurt/ill.--- Our house features a spacious half acre yard that is fully fenced in. We also use a doggy door to allow the dogs to freely go in and out as they please. We recently bought a doggy pool to help the pups cool off in the hot sun! You will get plenty of pictures and updates of your pup under our care. Please let us know the frequency of pictures/updates you would like and we will be happy to show you how your pup is doing. If the weather is nice, I will try to get outside and take some pictures with an actual camera for you to enjoy. Our goal is to provide quality care and take care of your pup just as much as we do our own. We love helping people and having them know their pup is being well cared for when you can't be with them.

About: I have always been an animal lover and have had a critter family my entire life. Growing up my household was always the first house you'd call if you were trying to find a pet a good home. (Cats/Rabbits/Dogs) and of course I married into a three dog minimum family (Cats/Dogs). I have three of my own little fur babies and one scale baby. (Dogs/Gecko) Each with their own personality and demands. If you want pictures I got um, it's like 120% of my camera roll. Senior care is something I've had to go through personally we lost our Ridgeback (Jack) in 2021. It was months of dressing/cleaning wounds, accidents, pills, special food prep, lifting up and down before we had to make the call no Dog Parent wants to make. I understand how important that extra care is regarding your babies. We as humans have to be their advocates. Two of my dogs are what are considered "fighting breeds" although mine are HUUUUUUGE babies who CANNOT sleep without blankets and Squishmallows, I understand they were GMO'ed for POWER and DAMAGE. Learning how to prevent and break up dog fights safety is something I've made a goal to learn. Just in case. Your dogs are high energy, good. I need to get my steps in. The best cardio workout buddy is one with four legs and the zoomies. For a better grip on walks I use a duo leash with a "water ski style" handle. I like to use a leash with the two points of attachment. Nobody is slipping out of their collar or harness on my watch. I have a very flexible schedule and like many millenials before me I am always looking for something productive I can do with my free time. Getting to hangout with cool animals and getting paid for it. Can the math get any easier. I also am a Rover user and have met some amazing sitters using this app. I hold the same standard and care I would expect from the sitters that I hire. Pet Parent to Pet Parent. I love learning new things and that includes everything there is to know about your lil' guy or gal. I am very good at communicating when I have questions.
14. Christy C.
“My husband and I adopted Junebug from the shelter recently and needed some help over the weekend while we were both at work. Christy met with us prior to the first visit. Junebug is timid around most people initially, but she warmed up to Christy right away! Christy came twice a day and really gave us peace of mind while we were gone at work. We received multiple pictures during their visit, which really made our day. We will definitely be booking with Christy again!”
15. Kayla C.
“I needed someone to walk my dog on very short notice. Kayla said she was available and within the hour she had my dog on a walk. When they returned, it was clear that my dog enjoyed her walk and was comfortable with Kayla, so now she'll be walking her twice a week for me. I'd definitely recommend her to others looking for a dog walker!”
16. Hanna D.
“Hanna was incredible with my dog. She picked her up from her grooming appointment, sent picture validation and her communication was spectacular. She has watched my dog several times and I’m half worried my dog would choose her as a mother, over me. Hanna is very communicative, dependable and loving. All the best qualities of a rover extraordinaire. Thanks Hanna!”
17. Shane S.
“Shane was great, he kept in touch from the day we booked the service and our dogs were happy and in their respective spots when we came home. Thanks!”
18. Josh S.
“Reliable, friendly, totally in control of my very excitable, 90lb hound.”
19. Kaylee J.
“Kaylee’s kindness and compassion for all animals shows in the way she cares for my fur babies. She takes time to really get to know each of their personalities and makes sure their needs are met and they are safe while we have to be away. She is an extremely smart young lady and really knows how to work with different temperaments and behaviors. She goes out of her way with little extras that makes my pets super excited to see her each and every time. Highly recommend!!”
20. Eli P.
“Eli has helped care for our pets for years and it's so wonderful she is branching out to help others with their pets. Eli has been very knowledgeable about caring for and especially loving our fur babies!”
