Cats, dogs, birds, ferrets gerbils and as an adult horses cows chickens although I'm assuming you're not going to be dropping off any of those I am pretty much home anytime and available to watch animals day or night. I am self employed as a farmer during the summer but off during the wonter I have a newly updated 100-year-old home with two rooms that kitties can stay in if they are shy and don't play well with other cats. About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from a local rescue. I recently earned a degree in animal science and have plans to attend veterinary school. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! I take my dog for two walks a day, a shorter 10-15 minute walk in the morning, and longer 30-45 minute walk after work in the afternoon. On days I am not working, I go on multiple short walks a day. There are paths I walk for both off-leash and on-leash walking. Typical available days are T-F. Weekends vary. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied. I take pride in keeping a pet environment clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.

About: ****Our family is growing June 2026. We will be taking a pause from watching our four-legged friends starting in June '26 and expect to resume services in September '26. May '26 bookings may be possible, and we will start considering bookings for September and beyond starting in August**** Together we both have extensive experience with dogs of all ages and types. We have experience raising puppies, including those being raised to be future service dogs. Additionally, we have experience working with special needs dogs that are blind or require daily insulin treatment. We currently have two dogs, a 5 year old black lab and a 2 year old golden retriever. Both are highly socialized and get along well with dogs of all sizes/personalities. Ochai is well-known at the Rib Mountain dog park as being one of the sweetest dogs to people and dogs alike. We both volunteer our time at the Humane Society of Marathon County. Furthering our experiences with dogs of many backgrounds and temperaments. You may see a featured adoptable dog that is currently at the shelter in our photos. This dog is one we personally think may be a great addition to a family, especially one that already has a dog! Sometimes we send our dogs to daycare so we can open up our home to a shelter dog for the day and give them the relaxing day they deserve so much. Of course, on the days we do this, we aren't available to offer daycare/boarding. If you have a HSMC graduate pup from May 2023 onward we would love to see our old friends again! Please let us know and we will offer a free day of boarding or daycare as a token of appreciation for adopting a HSMC pup! When we confirm a booking you should know that at least one of us will likely be with your dog at all times, day or night. We both work from home quite often and before confirming a reservation we will check/adjust our schedules to make sure someone is going to be home during the day. It is important to your pup's experience and safety that someone is watching them at all times. NEW! Tractive GPS Tracking The safety and wellbeing of your dog is always important to us and we know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pet behind. That is why we have added a GPS tracker to utilize. Not only will your furry loved one's location always be known at any given second, but we can also track their health to make sure they are doing well during their stay. -We currently only have one device, so it is not a guarantee your dog will be utilizing it during their stay. If you would like to guarantee it for your pup during their stay, we can accommodate these types of requests at the time of booking for $5/night or $25/stay. -We can share access to the tracker so you can know your pups location at any time and can check in on their health. It will show various information like their sleep activity and exercise information. This is only available if you reserve the tracker ahead of their stay. ---NEW! We are now privately insured outside of Rover. This allows additional and even more comprehensive coverage for your pup while they stay with us. Through PSA we are able to offer up to $2,500 in deductible free veterinary care if your pup gets hurt/ill.--- Our house features a spacious half acre yard that is fully fenced in. You will get plenty of pictures and updates of your pup under our care. Please let us know the frequency of pictures/updates you would like and we will be happy to show you how your pup is doing. If the weather is nice, I will try to get outside and take some pictures with an actual camera for you to enjoy. About: We've been taking care of select dogs for many years for friends and family, knowing that dog owners tend to worry about their pets when they're away and want someone who understands that and will care for their pets as they would. we've always had dogs until recently, I also photograph dogs for fun. We often board a dog who has seizures and requires medication and have watched other unusual dogs including puppies and dogs still healing from surgery. For many years we volunteered at the local humane society. We have a fenced in yard that our late beagle mix of 18 years regularly tried to escape and repeatedly failed. Dogs in our home are considered guests and are treated as such. I currently work from home, so letting dogs out regularly and giving regular attention is no problem at all. I'm done with work in the afternoon which leaves me plenty of time to get dogs out for exercise and socializing. Dorothy, my wife, also has plenty of daytime open for play time and extra loving. I work from home and regularly take play breaks, Dorothy, my wife is home most days and offers lots of love. We try to get to the dog park now and then on the weekends. We have a modest fenced in back yard with a wooded lot behind us, I walk dogs regularly in several areas. We keep also keep a toybox full of dog toys :-)

About: I have owned horses and dogs my whole life and have a love for animals. I have been watching family friend’s dogs for years and I wanted to get more into pet sitting/walking! I also volunteered at the humane society all throughout college so I have a lot of experience with cats of all personalities as well as dogs that may be shy or have triggers. If you request that I take them out on the walking trails, I do ask that your pets have tick medication on them.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was five years old. My family has owned a Dalmatian, Black Lab, and a German Shepherd mix. Always was the go to “dog sitter” for friends/family growing up! Since moving out and living on my own, I welcomed a mini Dachshund named Bentley. He is the best addition and just the sweetest little guy. I have huge heart and have always cared immensely about animals. I currently work full time, but my weekends are usually always open! I’d love to care for your pet while you’re away! I’ll also accept Venmo/Paypal as well as cash if that option works better for you. I live in a condo that isn’t the most spacious and I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have walking paths around my complex as well as a dog park half a mile away. Exercise is a must, so your dog will definitely have plenty of play time!
About: I have been taking care of dogs my whole life. I have always had a dog in my home, and this previous year I raised a puppy so I have experience with that as well. I am also good with senior dogs, as well as, dogs who are blind and/or deaf. At home, I walk my dogs daily as well as let them outside as often as they needed. I spent a lot of time playing with them and giving them lots of love. I often cat sit, and I love to spend extra time at the house playing with the cats, whether they are interested in me or couldn’t care less. I miss my dogs like crazy so I am super excited to meet your furry friends! I am a full time college student, so I have classes throughout the week. Monday’s and Tuesday’s are my busiest days, so I probably will not take jobs that land on either of those. The rest of my weekdays are pretty open, as long as your dog can go a couple hours home alone. As for the weekends, I do not have any specific time commitments. I most likely will not be able to spend all day Saturday and Sunday in your home, but if you communicate how much time your pets need I can do my best. I am happy to spend Friday and Saturday nights in your home, but I will sleep in the dorms on any school night. At home, we did not have any fence to keep our dogs in the yard. I supervise at all times when a dog is outside, and I am open to taking them out on a leash if that is what you prefer.
About: I grew up on a farm and have been around animals, particularly dogs and cats my whole life. I've had my two rescue dogs for about 4 years and each require specific needs. Easy to say that I can adjust to whatever special need you and your dog may need. I am able to take care of any size, age, energy level, and temperament I work full time day shift on a roating schedule. I'm new to the area and looking for some extra income. I am able to be flexible with my off time and complete drop in visits during my off time. I will ask clarifying questions to assure I am aware of what you expect from me. Some of these questions will be about their food/water routine, exercise, any preferred toys/treats/walking route. I'll be sure to give your pet lots of attention and love. About: Dogs are so much fun. I like to go on walks, and I like to walk with dogs even more. I am available for overnight housesitting. I do work during the day but am available for lunch time walks and check ins. I work during the day. I have the opportunity to go home for lunch breaks. About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from a local rescue. I recently earned a degree in animal science and have plans to attend veterinary school. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! I take my dog for two walks a day, a shorter 10-15 minute walk in the morning, and longer 30-45 minute walk after work in the afternoon. On days I am not working, I go on multiple short walks a day. There are paths I walk for both off-leash and on-leash walking. Typical available days are T-F. Weekends vary. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied. I take pride in keeping a pet environment clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.
