About: We've been taking care of select dogs for many years for friends and family, knowing that dog owners tend to worry about their pets when they're away and want someone who understands that and will care for their pets as they would. we've always had dogs until recently, I also photograph dogs for fun. We often board a dog who has seizures and requires medication and have watched other unusual dogs including puppies and dogs still healing from surgery. For many years we volunteered at the local humane society. We have a fenced in yard that our late beagle mix of 18 years regularly tried to escape and repeatedly failed. Dogs in our home are considered guests and are treated as such. I currently work from home, so letting dogs out regularly and giving regular attention is no problem at all. I'm done with work in the afternoon which leaves me plenty of time to get dogs out for exercise and socializing. Dorothy, my wife, also has plenty of daytime open for play time and extra loving. I work from home and regularly take play breaks, Dorothy, my wife is home most days and offers lots of love. We try to get to the dog park now and then on the weekends. We have a modest fenced in back yard with a wooded lot behind us, I walk dogs regularly in several areas. We keep also keep a toybox full of dog toys :-)
About: I grew up playing with farm cats, and now I have my own orange cat that is indoor/outdoor when home, and once escaped while we were away from home - so I understand the terror that comes with a missing pet!! I’m very lucky he was found by a kind person.

About: I have owned horses and dogs my whole life and have a love for animals. I have been watching family friend’s dogs for years and I wanted to get more into pet sitting/walking! I also volunteered at the humane society all throughout college so I have a lot of experience with cats of all personalities as well as dogs that may be shy or have triggers. I currently work from home 3 out of the 5 days which makes it easy for me to pet sit during the week and ensuring full care!! I also work 7 am to 3:15 pm so I have all afternoon to do any dog walks and check ins! At my home I have room for a crate if needed. About: I have been taking care of dogs my whole life. I have always had a dog in my home, and this previous year I raised a puppy so I have experience with that as well. I am also good with senior dogs, as well as, dogs who are blind and/or deaf. At home, I walk my dogs daily as well as let them outside as often as they needed. I spent a lot of time playing with them and giving them lots of love. I often cat sit, and I love to spend extra time at the house playing with the cats, whether they are interested in me or couldn’t care less. I miss my dogs like crazy so I am super excited to meet your furry friends! I am a full time college student, so I have classes throughout the week. Monday’s and Tuesday’s are my busiest days, so I probably will not take jobs that land on either of those. The rest of my weekdays are pretty open, as long as your dog can go a couple hours home alone. As for the weekends, I do not have any specific time commitments. I most likely will not be able to spend all day Saturday and Sunday in your home, but if you communicate how much time your pets need I can do my best. I am happy to spend Friday and Saturday nights in your home, but I will sleep in the dorms on any school night. At home, we did not have any fence to keep our dogs in the yard. I supervise at all times when a dog is outside, and I am open to taking them out on a leash if that is what you prefer.

Looking forward to chatting with you! I have a full time job, 7a-4p Monday - Friday in Wausau. I have the option to work from home 1 day a week if needed, but cannot work from home on Mondays or Fridays. If you’re located close enough to my employer I can let your pets out at lunch! I currently have no restrictions when it comes to caring for pets. I have cared for puppies all the way to elderly dogs. I have no allergies, so nothing to worry about there! I can take them for walks, to the dog park, and am willing to do everything I can to keep them on their schedule and stress free!
