Everything from the first text, to the meet and greet to dropping Brandi off was such a positive experience. I got updates, pictures, and videos daily, which was great because I could see that Brandi was so loved. She has a pet room, plays calming music, and has a camera there to check in on your pup if she needs to be away. My flight coming home was delayed and Kristin was able to keep Brandi an extra day. As bad as I felt, she made me like it was not a problem at all. I highly recommend Kristin for your furbaby!! Brandi misses her already!! Thank you Kristin!! ??”
