Owns a therapy dog
Growing up I owned birds, cats, dogs, fish, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs and bunnies. Currently, I have a 11 year old golden retriever whose name is "Cooper". Cooper is a therapy dog which I take to Aspirus Hospital, nursing homes, children's museums, schools and other various fundraising activities. This is Cooper's 6th year of belonging to Therapy Dogs International (TDI). We love going to dog parks or walks around our neighborhood. I have been dog sitting for 6 years and greatly enjoy animals. I would love to own a zoo, unfortunately the husband is not on board with that. So the next best thing would be to watch/play and love on other peoples animals. The goal is to care for your dog mentally, physically and emotionally through training, exercise, and love. Christy was amazing. Great communication with updates, which I loved, especially with it being Marcy’s first time staying with her! She was also very understanding when unexpected delays came up and we were late picking Marcy up.

Christy took such great care of our dog-Meadow. She was a nice person when we met and when I left upon our first meeting I felt completely comfortable with leaving my dog with her. She sent pictures often letting us know how Meadow’s day was going 😁. I’m still enjoying Meadows energy as she’s still tired from the walks, ball throwing and time spent with her Golden Retriever. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dog sitter to contact Christy. Thank you Christy and I’ll be sure to call next time I’m away and Meadow needs a sitter- you’re great!
Christy is so good with our dog Rowdy. She loves him. We have been able to book with her even at a short notice without any problems. We highly recommend Christy to watch your dog.
Had another great experience with Christy as our sitter! She's such a good caretaker of our Golden. She makes him feel right at home and I know he loves going there. Wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend her!

Schedule
I have truely been blessed and I am currently able to watch dogs full-time whether its doggy daycare/boarding. I'm currently in my 6th year full-time with rover.

I have a fenced in backyard. Walk all pets on leashes. Visit dog parks with owners consent. Open communication with owners on their furbabies behavior or other concerns to encourage their pup to "shine".

A typical day
We frequently visit dog parks and go on long walks. I live 1 block from a school and therefore are able to run around fenced in if your pet loves to run.
