Owns a therapy dog
Growing up I owned birds, cats, dogs, fish, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs and bunnies. Currently, I have a 11 year old golden retriever whose name is "Cooper". Cooper is a therapy dog which I take to Aspirus Hospital, nursing homes, children's museums, schools and other various fundraising activities. This is Cooper's 6th year of belonging to Therapy Dogs International (TDI). We love going to dog parks or walks around our neighborhood. I have been dog sitting for 6 years and greatly enjoy animals. I would love to own a zoo, unfortunately the husband is not on board with that. So the next best thing would be to watch/play and love on other peoples animals. The goal is to care for your dog mentally, physically and emotionally through training, exercise, and love. Christy is simply the best! We've come to rely on her every time we need a dog sitter. Nash is so lovingly cared for and Christy is great at sending pics and videos so we know what he's up to every day. Never once have we ever worried about him when he's been in Christy's care. If I could give her 20 stars, I would!

Schedule
I have truely been blessed and I am currently able to watch dogs full-time whether its doggy daycare/boarding. I'm currently in my 6th year full-time with rover.

I have a fenced in backyard. Walk all pets on leashes. Visit dog parks with owners consent. Open communication with owners on their furbabies behavior or other concerns to encourage their pup to "shine".

A typical day
We frequently visit dog parks and go on long walks. I live 1 block from a school and therefore are able to run around fenced in if your pet loves to run.
