“Kelsey was wonderful took great care of our Howlett! We’ve used her services several times and she does an outstanding job. We will always be customers of her and would recommend her to anyone.”

“Alison has been very reliable and responsive. She’s been walking our new puppy for the last couple weeks to help us get her out of the crate during our work day so she isn’t in there more than 4hrs. Puppy dealing with some pretty bad stomach issues and Alison very helpful with this as far as checking in with worried pup mom and offering more water/different options when pup not up for a walk. She’s been wonderful and we’re very grateful. Will continue to use her services as long as we can and are in a situation where work schedule forces pup into crate for too many hours.”

“Brooklyn was great. She walked our dog 3 days a week. She was reliable, on time and an excellent communicator. She also watched our dog over a long weekend trip, it Wasson nice to know Stinger was being well cared for. Highly recommend.”

“Heather was great with my dog Archie! She’s obviously a very experienced dog walker and takes real care with your dog. She’s incredibly responsive and very communicative which was great!”

“Wolf was amazing! We booked last minute and had some changes in our itinerary, but was still very according. Romeo was so happy when he got back from his walk with Wolf. Will be booking again! Thank you!”

“Libby is a great sitter! She takes my dog on neighborhood walks or if time and weather permit, adventures to a nearby walking path. She's easy to communicate with and has made me feel at ease while I'm at work! Thanks, libby”

About: Hello! I recently relocated back home to Cincinnati after completing graduate school in Boston. I love animals, they are such gems and have been a Rover sitter for over 8 years. I have a cat named Cosmo and my family owned a German shepherd for 14 years. I am open to helping out with all types of animals, I love cats and dogs! I am very caring, calm, and patient and will make sure your pets feel well loved throughout our time together. I love cuddling, walking, and playing with animals -just being in their company and following their lead. Trustworthiness, attentiveness, and compassion are very important to me and I will guarantee quality care. I have some flexibility during the week with my schedule, which includes some day time availability on certain days. I will do my best to form a bond with your pet and make them as comfortable as possible. Can’t wait to meet your buddies!! I have availability during the weekdays (usually mornings and evenings work well, afternoons on some days) and weekends! I can generally make it work to fit your pets schedule. I love to hear from the owner about the animals typical schedule/routine and keep them as close to that as possible. Pet and owners living space safety and maintenance is very important to me. I pride myself on my observant nature, attention to detail, and trustworthiness. I am also a plant enthusiast and can help with home care tasks.
About: I've had cats my whole life! Recently I've fostered six cats (including some kittens) and foster failed my current cat, Goose. I'm studying for medical school exam and have some free time for extra cuddles. Growing up, I frequently cared for my family's two mini Schnauzer's and would love to take your dogs for walks too! I am currently studying for medical school board exams and have a flexible routine that has plenty of time to check in on your furry friends. Not all cats are created equal and I pride myself on being able to read your cat's body language to determine what they need from me. I have experience walking dogs in a busy city environment.
“Corey is an excellent dog walker. My dog really enjoys being with him. He's assertive while also being gentle with my dog, which means he follows dog care instructions. He gives great updates about the walk. I'd strongly recommend Corey to my friends.”

About: Hi! My name is Claire, and I’m someone who has always had dogs growing up — they’ve been a huge part of my life. Now that I’m in school, I really miss having a dog of my own, but I know I don’t currently have the time to fully raise one. That’s actually what drew me to Rover: I get to spend time caring for and loving dogs while also helping owners in my community feel confident their pets are in good hands. I genuinely love dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I take caring for them seriously. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just giving them attention and comfort, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and always focused on making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Being in school has taught me how to manage my time responsibly, and pet care is something I truly enjoy rather than see as a chore. I would love the opportunity to help care for your dog (or cat!) and give them the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my routine because I’m currently in school and have a flexible schedule. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting during weekdays and weekends, and I make sure pets receive consistent attention, playtime, and care throughout the day! I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort when caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. I carefully follow feeding, medication, and routine instructions, keep environments clean and secure, and make sure each pet feels calm, loved, and well cared for.
“Bethany has been so helpful in caring for our dog. She treats her well and clearly has a love for animals. She's responsive and kind and we plan to continue using her on a weekly basis for as long as she's offering her services.”

About: I grew up with five cats and one dog, and have helped pet sit friends’ dogs. I am very comfortable playing, feeding, going on walks, cleaning litter boxes, etc. I now have my own tripod cat as well, so I have also learned a lot about caring for pets with different needs! I will be working part time, and not taking classes this summer semester. So I will have plenty of time to stop by throughout the week. I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and stick to their usual routine. I am very careful on checking that doors, gates, and leashes are secure. I follow all instructions closely and keep owners regularly updated!
About: Hoping to bring lots of love and care to Cincinnati families and their pups! I’m happiest when surrounded by dogs — they’re loving, joyful, and beautifully free spirits. My sweet dog, Saavy, passed away in February, and I miss her terribly. Getting back on Rover feels like a wonderful way to share that love again while spending time with amazing doggies. I’m especially experienced with rescue dogs and skittish or anxious pups. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, patient, kind, and dependable to care for your furry family members. I’m always happy to meet beforehand so you and your pup feel comfortable and confident. I love being active and outdoors — walking, running, practicing yoga, and playing tennis — so your dog will get plenty of attention, movement, and affection. I live in East Walnut Hills and prefer caring for pups in their own homes, where they feel safest, most secure, and comfortable. Currently accepting new clients for: • Daily walks • Drop-in daily care • Overnight stays/boarding in your home I’m flexible and happy to work with your budget when possible. I look forward to connecting with you and meeting your sweet pups soon! Very flexible. I work from home and happy to accommodate schedules and walks. Daily walks, doggie day care, and boarding in your home. Thank you! I will follow your recommended guidelines for your pup. Dogs are always welcome to roam free and even sleep with me if permitted by owners:)
“Anise immediately clicked with my pup and I know he is in great hands when they are together! I also really appreciate how reliable and responsive she is”

“Alexandru was phenomenal!! I scheduled him day of and then repeated for a week out. He was able to walk my pup with no issues (he’s a big 80lb dog with some reactivity). Will definitely be back to use him again!!”

About: Growing up we always had dogs and cats, and I’ve been caring for my own dog and cat for the past four years. Also, my dog is a rescue who deals with anxiety. With that said, I have experience with dogs with anxiety, and am more than happy to provide extra love, affection, and gentleness for pets with anxiety. I can also administer some medications if needed. I’m also more than happy to clean any litter boxes and provide all the love and playtimes for the kitties out there! I currently only work a part time job, so I have lots of time to be of service to you and your animals! I also work in theatre, and have some rehearsals in the evenings. With that said I’m available before 5pm every day, and some days beyond that Due to my own dog’s anxiety and the smaller size of my home, I don’t offer boarding services. However, I’m more than happy to provide drop in services and walking services for anyone in the Cincinnati and surrounding areas!
The median cost per walk for dog walking in Walnut Hills is $20

Jared has been a life saver! I have 2 older dogs, one is rescue that had to learn a new name since we don’t know her original name. He really loves them and they are always so happy to see him. Working with him lets me working, uninterrupted, at my job a couple of days a week bringing so much peace of mind!

Dan is awesome! My GSD grew to love him really quickly. He handles her on walks with no problem and always makes sure she gets plenty of attention and exercise. He’s also very responsive and does his best to fit us into his schedule. The detailed Rover cards he sends after each walk are a great bonus too! 🐾
