About: I have hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs, including regularly watching my friends’ pets when they’re away. I grew up with a beagle, which helped foster my lifelong love for dogs and gave me plenty of experience with daily care, walks, and playtime. As a NICU nurse, I’m attentive, patient, and highly reliable, and I bring that same level of care to every pet I watch. I work only three days a week, giving me plenty of time and flexibility to provide consistent attention and loving care for your pets. As a NICU nurse, and while my long shifts make it difficult to have a dog of my own right now, my schedule gives me four days off each week—making it the perfect setup to provide attentive, reliable care for other people’s pets! I make my work schedule months in advance, which makes it easy for me to plan and commit to care weeks ahead of time! I make sure pets feel comfortable and stick to their usual routines while I’m caring for them. I follow feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medication instructions, and I give lots of attention and love along the way. I’m lucky to live just down the street from Eden Park, so walks are always fun, and since my yard isn’t fenced, all outside time is on a leash—usually to one of the nearby parks. I also send updates so owners can relax knowing their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I have never not had a dog in my household—except for when I’m at college, which is why I’ve come to Rover! I’m so excited to meet your pets and take care of them. Ever since I was little, I’ve had a passion for ensuring dogs and cats and bunnies and more are safe and entertained. Some of my unique skills are handling dogs and cats with diabetes, I know how to inject insulin and check blood sugar levers. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes and breeds! I have volunteered at two different cat shelters where I fed them, cleaned their cages, and entertained them. I’m looking forward to connecting with you! I am a student, so I have classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, I’m very eager to help out on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends! In the clients home, I typically feed the pets and ensure they have water, and give them treats as directed by the client. I’ll usually spend a little bit of time with them, and let them outside or to another area to go to the bathroom. I always make sure to lock doors when I leave!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid. I would love to walk and take care of your dogs and take them for nice little walks. I’ve also trained a great Dane puppy. I’m a college student so I have class Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays in the afternoon. I’m also a student athlete so I have practice and lift in the very early mornings. I could make drop in visits between practice and class as well as after class before I go to bed. I live in a very cozy apartment that is very spacious in all. Animals are safe here and can roam around and live free and can run around outside!
About: I started dog walking for families in my neighborhood and quickly realized how much I love spending time with animals and making sure they get the exercise and attention they need. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from energetic puppies that love long walks to older dogs that prefer a slower pace and lots of affection. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available throughout the day for walks and drop-in visits. I’m able to plan my classes around my commitments, which means I can be reliable and consistent in caring for your pet whenever you need. I care for pets in their homes by following their routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and giving them plenty of attention so they feel comfortable and safe. During walks, I prioritize safety, use secure leashes, and adjust to each dog’s pace while providing updates so owners know their pet is well cared for

About: Hi! My name is Claire, and I’m someone who has always had dogs growing up — they’ve been a huge part of my life. Now that I’m in school, I really miss having a dog of my own, but I know I don’t currently have the time to fully raise one. That’s actually what drew me to Rover: I get to spend time caring for and loving dogs while also helping owners in my community feel confident their pets are in good hands. I genuinely love dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I take caring for them seriously. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just giving them attention and comfort, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and always focused on making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Being in school has taught me how to manage my time responsibly, and pet care is something I truly enjoy rather than see as a chore. I would love the opportunity to help care for your dog (or cat!) and give them the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my routine because I’m currently in school and have a flexible schedule. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting during weekdays and weekends, and I make sure pets receive consistent attention, playtime, and care throughout the day! I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort when caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. I carefully follow feeding, medication, and routine instructions, keep environments clean and secure, and make sure each pet feels calm, loved, and well cared for.
Mount Auburn dog parents share their Rover experiences
Gracie was absolutely amazing! Gordie was absolutely obsessed with her, and she made sure he had so much fun on there walks. She left great reports and pictures for us.🥹 She also wiped off his paws before he came into the house, so kind!! She would be great with any fur baby out there!

Syd was so great with Fritz! Fritz requires some patience and calm from everyone he meets because he is such a nervous boy. Syd had all of it and then some. He knew all the tricks, like offering cheerios and how to communicate with dog body language. Fritz was so nervous to leave with them, they went on a quick 30 minute wal, and then Fritz came home with his celebratory zoomies! I am so excited to have Syd pet sit for us next week while we are on vacation.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Tyler! He is incredibly reliable and always flexible with schedule changes, which I truly appreciate. From the start, I felt completely comfortable trusting him with my small dog, and that peace of mind has been priceless. My dog is always well cared for, and I honestly haven’t wanted anyone else to walk him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy walker.

Brianne was great! She made sure to let me know that my dog peed, pooped, and had a great time on their walk. She even got there a little early and stayed a little later to make sure my dog was comfortable while I was away! 6/5 stars and will be booking her again in the future!
