“I have, now, known Deb for a few years and I can tell you, with my highest level of objectivity, she is one of the best. Her genuine compassion and attention to detail makes her a standout caregiver and overall human being. I highly recommend Deb as a pet caregiver because not only does she care, but her passion makes your pets feel more at home. Best of all, Deb is flexible and attentive to both the animals and their owners. As a pet owner, having someone with such a caring and loving heart as Deb watching over your pets while you are away is a wonderful experience and certainly eases your nerves. I feel very fortunate to have found her.”
11. Kate B.
About: I love animals! I’m the girl at the party who is off in the corner petting the cat or the dog. They just make me so happy, and mean so much to me. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I am currently working part time (Wednesday through Friday mostly). I would love to learn about this city (I’m new here) while giving your dog exercise and attention! I can’t bring pets to my home because I rent and my cats are not a fan of new animals. But I am open to watching them at your home, taking them for walks and playing outside.

About: I’ve always been an avid dog lover and have been taking care of dogs all my life. Starting with our family dog when I was 7, I was the first to teach her a trick! From then on I have been dog sitting off and on throughout the years and I worked at a dog boarding center for a little while in high school. I have a 9 month old King Charles Cavalier who has learned tons of tricks since we have gotten her! Our favorite activities are long walks, fetch, and couch cuddle time. If you become a repeat client maybe me and your dog can learn some new tricks together, repetition is key for their learning! Newest trick we are learning is how to clean up toys! I am a part time student so pets are never alone for longer than a few hours! I’m home for the whole day Tuesdays Thursdays and only gone for a few hours Wednesdays and Fridays! Our dog has a little bit of separation anxiety so treat distractions (treat puzzle, stuffed toys, stuffed kongs) are a common thing in our house whenever we do have to be away from our furry friends! Our apartment has a double entry so no escapees here! We also have a fenced off area of our apartment and baby gates to keep our pets (and our furniture) safe. Safe to say our apartment has been appropriately baby proofed! Pets are taken out every hour to two hours if doing day care and get 2 longer walks on top of play time. If I’m caring for your pet in your home pets often get a double leash for outside time if they’re a worried flight risk. If your dog is into cuddles and walks then I might be their perfect fit!

19. Danyul H.
“Dan has been around dogs for much of his life and I have seen him to be a caring, responsible and loving dog person! For the last 8 years, he has well cared for his current dog, Dobey, since she was a pup...and I would have no doubt that Dan will continue to be that responsible, caregiving rover loving human to any dog in his care!”
20. Abbie M.
About: I have had many dogs growing up. My first became blind and deaf at an old age so caring for her was very unique. I’ve taken care of puppies and rescue dogs as well. The key is lots of love to build trust with your animal. I have the ability to work from home a lot so it is easy for me to step away from the computer. I go on walks through the day so why not add a walking buddy to the mix! I respect my clients wants and needs and how they choose to care for their pet. My job is to emulate that and take care of them as if they are my own.
