“We booked Karen to walk and feed our pets for the weekend, and she did a great job. She was very thoughtful and proactive with regard to asking questions about how and when we wanted everything done. The pets loved her so much, I think they may have been a little disappointed that we came home. Highly recommended!”
12. Brooke B.
About: I love animals! I worked as an intern in a veterinary clinic for several years in high school and have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I am able to give medication even to the sneakiest of pups! I have lots of experience with very young puppies and high energy dog breeds, as well as big dogs and bully breeds. I try to stay active, so keeping up with and exercising energetic dogs and puppies is no problem! I’m also a dog training aficionado, so I can exercise your dog’s mind through play, training, and enrichment activities, while always maintaining the training you do at home through consistent commands and reinforcing your expectations for your dog’s behavior. I can also train puppies to walk well on a lead, if requested! As a graduate student at UC, I have a predictable schedule, so I will be available for advanced scheduling and regularly scheduled care that fits your needs. I can also provide basic grooming for your pets. I can't wait to meet your furry best friend! I work from home most of the time, so I will be able to be with your pet all day and give them frequent potty breaks. I attend class a few times a week, but am never away from my home more than a few hours at a time. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate your dog’s usual routine so they feel comfortable. I can also take your dog for walks and play with them often! I have a 6’ high fenced-in yard, so your dog will always be safe and secure. I don’t leave dogs unattended in the yard, and if I need to go out while watching your dog, I can crate them if that is what they’re used to or make sure their environment is safe for free roaming! My home is dog-friendly and puppy-proofed. I have a very active young dog who loves to play, but if your dog doesn’t get along with her for any reason or needs a break from playing, I have multiple rooms in my home and lots of gates and enclosures to ensure your dog is safe and comfortable. While I do have two cats, they are always kept in a separate room, as they are only comfortable with my two dogs.

16. Charlotte H.
About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and always had the responsibilities of taking care of my pets growing up. I’ve watched my own pets grow old and that makes pet care personal for me. I understand that pets are like family and deserve to be cared for as such. I’m currently working part-time in my apartment complex, therefore my work is close to home and gives me a lot of time to spend with four-legged friends!! I live in a welcoming and safe environment, have roommates who love animals, and two cats that love to play!! There is a ton of great space for walks around my complex and there’s even a fenced-in dog park!!
17. Marissa A.
About: My name is Marissa! :) Ever since I was a little kid I have always loved dogs. They were always what I chose for my favorite animal! I have tons of experience pet sitting, both overnight and throughout the day, and dog walking all sorts of dogs - including young puppies, big dogs, older dogs, and my family dog - a yellow lab named Toby who is very strong! I have even self rescued 2 stray dogs from the streets and fostered until finding them loving homes. I love dogs of all sorts and shapes, and am not afraid of high energy pups or large dogs. If you choose me as your dog sitter/walker, I will give your dog lots of love, pets, and tons of play time! ☺️ I treat every dog like they are my own. 💗 I used to work remote but now before I go back to school my weekly schedule is completely free so I am available when needed. I love to take walks and explore the neighborhood. I am clean and responsible in others homes. I also don’t mind dogs/cats on the bed!
