It was a last moment request for our spur of the moment plans — she responded quickly and professionally. She was available and willing even though it was for the next day/Saturday morning. Being within a 30 minute drive from The Ark Encounter was a huge bonus for us. We arrived with our 6 lb., 6 year old Yorkie and she showed immediate comfort being around Angel and her young child. We asked that children not have unsupervised time alone with our fur baby as she is small, delicate and can express anxiety — Angel assured us she would be careful, give our pup her own bedroom with the door closed for quiet time, and take her for walks herself. She checked in with us during the stay, and when we arrived to pick up, our fur baby was calm, not expressing any anxiety and was well cared for (we do raw feeding and Angel had no issue keeping the container of food nuggets refrigerated and feeding at the correct time). Angel was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable leaving our fur baby in her care. I would highly recommend her. 5 +stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

She showed great judgment about not taking Maggie outside the first couple of days but then doing it for the later days, always at the start of her visit, so she could lure Maggie back in with food if needed. About: I’ve taken care of a pit bull named Jango for a year I played with him, took him for walks, fed him and showed him the love he needed. I’ve also taken care of 4 cats named Duchess, Mr.Jubb Jubb, Remi, and Theo I cleaned their litter box, fed them and also played with them showing them the love they needed. About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: I have had 9 cats of my own. I have cared for kittens from age 2 weeks old, having to bottle feed them to senior cats who needed medication. I'm open with owners about things I find. I once noticed a cat I was caring for had worms and I relayed this to the owner. Another time, I noticed during a nail trim that a cat had a claw growing into its paw pad. The owner was so glad I caught these things and informed them. I have driven pets to the vet for a client. I have walked dogs, and cared for chickens and geckos. About: I grew up with five cats and one dog, and have helped pet sit friends’ dogs. I am very comfortable playing, feeding, going on walks, cleaning litter boxes, etc. I now have my own tripod cat as well, so I have also learned a lot about caring for pets with different needs! I will be working part time, and not taking classes this summer semester. So I will have plenty of time to stop by throughout the week. I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and stick to their usual routine. I am very careful on checking that doors, gates, and leashes are secure. I follow all instructions closely and keep owners regularly updated!
About: I have spent over 4 years volunteering at animal shelters with both dogs and cats. I have also grown up with both dogs and cats - primarily small breeds. At the shelter I specialize in dogs, and have worked with breeds ranging from Cane Corsos to Toy Poodles. I like to both play and relax with dogs, and enjoy dog walking as part of an active lifestyle. I work full time, but WFH 3 days a week. The weekends are when I am most free, and prefer afternoons/evenings. I can be flexible if you reach our! I will check on your pet(s)' food and water supply in addition to making sure they use the facilities. I enjoy brushing pets as well!
About: Growing up we always had dogs and cats, and I’ve been caring for my own dog and cat for the past four years. Also, my dog is a rescue who deals with anxiety. With that said, I have experience with dogs with anxiety, and am more than happy to provide extra love, affection, and gentleness for pets with anxiety. I can also administer some medications if needed. I’m also more than happy to clean any litter boxes and provide all the love and playtimes for the kitties out there! I currently only work a part time job, so I have lots of time to be of service to you and your animals! I also work in theatre, and have some rehearsals in the evenings. With that said I’m available before 5pm every day, and some days beyond that Due to my own dog’s anxiety and the smaller size of my home, I don’t offer boarding services. However, I’m more than happy to provide drop in services and walking services for anyone in the Cincinnati and surrounding areas!

“Shauna did a wonderful job with our pups while we were away this past weekend, and we will absolutely be utilizing her services again in the future. She provided pictures and updates while we were gone, and it seemed our dogs settled in very nicely and had a great time. It seems Shauna does a great job in managing the furry guests she has, making sure all the pups are respectful of one another, and is able to separate everyone out as needed. Her huge yard was a big selling point. I know having the ability to run around off leash is something my dogs really benefit from, and knowing the yard is securely fenced gives me tremendous peace of mind. They can romp around, play, sniff, and explore without me worrying about the risks of neighborhood walks or dog parks. Both pups came home tired and happy. I cannot recommend Shauna enough!”
