About: I've been around dogs my entire life and currently have a two-year-old Doberman of my own, so I understand the care, patience, and attention they need. Friends and family have always trusted me to watch their dogs, whether it's for a day, a weekend, or longer. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I treat every pet like they're part of my own family. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. I work full-time Monday through Friday, with a hybrid schedule that gives me extra flexibility for pet care. I work from home on Mondays, Fridays, and every other Thursday, which allows me to provide potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. On the days I'm in the office, I'm available after 5:00 PM for evening visits, and walks. I'm also available most weekends, making it easy to accommodate weekend getaways, vacations, or last-minute bookings. I do my best to be reliable, communicative, and flexible so pets can stay on their normal routine while their owners are away. Caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I have a friendly 2-year-old Doberman who keeps me active, so I understand the importance of regular exercise, routine, and plenty of attention. We go on daily walks and runs, and one of our favorite stops is Paris Baguette, where the staff always loves seeing him and he gets a pup cup. There's also a dog park just a block from my home where I can take dogs to safely play and socialize if their owners are comfortable with it. Whether it's sticking to feeding schedules, giving medications if needed, or simply making sure every pet feels loved and comfortable, I care for every dog as if they were my own.

When working with different animals I make sure I know everything I can about their routine, training, schedules so that they are returned back to owner, the owner is very satisfied with my service with their pets. With puppies i make sure to ask all necessary questions with potty training making sure they are taken out often, to any current training being worked on with owner at home. About: Early 40’s year old sitter/walker with car. You could say I have 40+ years of experience. My family had a German Shepherd from before I was born and I was very close to her. There has been a stream of pets in my family. Including so so so many cats in NYC. Even going so far as to “rescue” a half feral one. Currently, I share ownership of a dog. As a small business owner of over 10 years, I am able to have a flexible schedule and spend more time hanging out with your pet(s). That said, I have a lot of experience managing other people, and I do have high expectations for clear communication from clients. I have never had a complaint from clients that already have human children. I am very clear about the kind of care I offer. For example, I clearly state I can do 4-8 hrs for letting out. That does not mean that when I get to the sit, you tell me you expect every hour. I also do not cancel other bookings so that you can be the sole client. I have been through that, obliged, and the client was still dissatisfied. I am running a business and the new owner of this app runs on harsh algorithms that hide you in search. Let’s try to be better and more human, than conforming to private equity and their bottom line. For the fur babies, I can follow their diet and pet or play or brush their hair. As long as you give me a list or schedule, I'll do my best to provide it. I have extensive experience with pets at all stages of life. (As well as other kinds of pets which I am open to caring for.) I understand the care required for a wide variety of needs and can do my best to provide reinforcement on current training, but I am not going to be attuned right off the jump to the nuances noticed by your trainer or you... I can reinforce sit, lay down, paw, stay, heel, rollover, or anything else. I can administer medicine. I am not formally trained in pet CPR, but I am trained in human CPR and have looked at videos for pet CPR. When I was younger I worked as a lifeguard, and have a remarkable natural ability to stay calm and act fast in crisis situations. This comes in handy, for example: when protecting my maltipoo from other dogs, managing territorial behavior, or keeping one dog out of another dog’s bowl. My schedule is flexible and I have a car. I have a small business and partial responsibility of my dog, so I do need to be able to run errands, go to meetings, or check in at home to keep that part of my life running. For extended care, and distance further than 5 miles, I prefer be given the option to stay over at clients for the sake of gas costs, time, and energy. First meeting and approach are important to setting a precedent, I first see if the pet will approach me. I like to offer my hand palm down for them to smell. Sometimes it takes a few times smelling the hand before they feel comfortable letting me pet them. In my opinion it’s important not to mess up first impressions with the pet. Spending time together builds familiarity bonds, being attentive builds trust. It’s important to build rapport.

((Mostly because I don't trust other people's judgement)) *If your dog(s) come to run free & play catch in my fenced in yard, we will all remain outside, there will be no kids, and I will not allow my dogs to come outside during that time. My promises: 1. I will care for your pet according to your specific instructions... No one knows them better than you! You don't need my opinion or plan unless you ask for it. If you want me to use your commands and behavior training, please tell me! 2. I will be professional, and treat your home and neighborhood with respect. About: Pets have been in my life since I was a little kid. My family has always had a dog and I have a cat that I take care of like she’s my baby! I’ve always loved animals and being around fur babies. To me pets aren’t just animals you have they are an extension of your family! I work a part time job at the kenwood mall during the summer/seasonally and am a student at UC studying education in hopes of becoming a teacher! My availability is pretty flexible during the week Monday, Wednesday, Friday I only have one class from 11-12:10 so I will be readily available for virtually the entire day. Availability for Tuesday/ Thursday varies because my classes range from 11-2 which isn’t ideal for potty breaks or feedings but am able to negotiate if you have a specific situation that would fit my schedule on those two day. During the weekend im free whenever and can do mornings, overnight care, potty breaks, special feeding care, etc. While at home I let our dog out, give treats, feed, and clean the cat's littler box, feed the cat, replenish the water supply in their fountain, etc. I have a senior dog so playing isn’t in her cards anymore but I’m happy to sit with senior dogs and play with younger dogs. I also love walks and will take your pups for as long of a walk as you’d like. I even walk my cat in a pet stroller when the weather is nice!

About: I’ve cared for various dog and cat breeds/personalities throughout my life, I love them all! I have some experience administering medications to dogs and cats. I am patient and consistent when it comes to following rules or a routine. I will treat your babies like they’re my own! My daily routine includes caring for my 3 kitties by playing with, cleaning up after, and feeding/watering them; I’d love to do the same for your pets! I’m familiar with special diets and administering various forms of medication, as my cats and other pets I sit, are on medicated diets and take additional medications. I currently have open availability, save a few social obligations over then next two months, but I’m flexible and communicative so we can always discuss timelines! Whether your dog needs to burn energy on a brisk walk or your cat just wants someone calm and present while you're away, I show up how your pet needs me to. I'm a professional pet care provider with 2,400+ completed visits in dog walking and drop-in care, and I'm insured through PCI for your peace of mind. I'm also open to overnight housesitting with advance notice. I've worked with dogs and cats of all temperaments - high energy, reactive, senior, shy, and everything in between. I'm comfortable administering oral medication, working with senior pets, and supporting training goals you're actively building with your pet. Your pet's routines, preferences, and needs will be followed. Cats are a specialty. I understand that most cats need a visitor who respects their space and handles the essentials. If they're social, we'll have playtime, chin scratches, or just exist in the same room the way some cats prefer. I ask detailed questions before every booking because the best care starts with knowing your pet: their triggers, their favorite toys, how they signal discomfort, and what commands they respond to with someone new. I generally have a flexible schedule around my other work. The only times I am not available now is T/Th 12:30-5:30pm. I am not available for constant care at this time. I am happy to do playtime in the yard, cuddle on the couch, depending on what your pet is feeling for the days we meet.

That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.
About: I have had animals since I was 5 and started the learning process of how to take care of them at that age as well. Starting at 15, I started to take care of neighbors’ and friends’ pets when they have gone on vacation. I have experience and am comfortable with all sizes and ages of pets! I am able to train basic skills as well, such as sit, paw, lay down, and stay! I’m currently a full-time student who volunteers and shadows veterinarians. So most days I’m able to do three drop ins per day. In the morning before my classes at 9 AM, during lunch time, and then after 4 pm and the rest of my night is free aside from homework and studying! On the weekends I am more freely available aside from volunteering in the mornings some days and taking care of my own dog! I will give your fur baby love, cuddles, and proper care as if they’re my own! I would appreciate a list of what they are used to day to day so I can give them as close to their normal routine as possible!
About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs, my family has always had 4-7 large dogs at a time, so I’m very comfortable with them. I’ve had experience with dogs from day-old puppies, to blind dogs, to senior dogs who need help walking. I am currently in classes but I am available to stay overnight to take care of animals, and make frequent visits as needed. My primary availability is on the weekends as I have class during the week. I am not able to take pets into my home, but I am willing to accommodate whatever routines you have with your pet in your home! I can feed, walk, play with, or provide general care for your pet.
