I spend 24 hours a day with them (yes, 24!) and take them to different parks so they can explore, sniff around, and have fun. Their walk schedule is pretty active: 5am, 10pm, 3pm, 7pm, and 11:30pm — because there's never a dull moment here! I also send two photos and one video daily, so you can feel at ease seeing how happy and comfortable your pup is. Is your dog shy or needs their own space? No problem! I can keep them separated from my own dogs. If they have trouble sleeping alone, I’ll stay close so they feel safe. They’re welcome on the couch, on the bed, and of course, they’ll receive all the love, patience, and cuddles they need to feel at home. Important: I speak only Spanish, but my husband speaks both Spanish and English — so if you need to communicate in English, we’ve got you covered! I provide 24/7 care for your dog, with daily walks to parks, regular updates, and lots of love and attention in a safe, homely environment. Monday–Thursday, I’m usually busy from late morning through the late afternoon because of classes, so I’m mainly available in the mornings, evenings, and on Fridays and weekends. Because of my class schedule, I do need to be mindful of the location of bookings and how much time I can realistically spend with your pet. I want to make sure I can give every pet the attention they deserve rather than rushing back and forth between school and a booking. I keep my calendar updated and only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to. My goal is to make sure your pet gets quality care, not just a quick visit squeezed into my schedule I care for pets in their own homes because I know they’re usually most comfortable in their familiar environment. Before a booking, I really appreciate when owners leave a detailed list of instructions for me. This can include everything about their pet’s routine, but also things about the home that I need to know, like where to park, how to get inside, a key or door code, apartment access, or anything else that will make the visit go smoothly. I follow your instructions closely and want to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible while you’re away. I also send lots of photos during every visit because I know how reassuring it is to actually see your pet while you’re gone. My goal is for your pet to feel comfortable in their own home and for you to feel completely comfortable having me care for them.

About: I have taken care of my own pets as well as looked after some while the fur-parents were on vaca (prepare food, potty times, bath, play/socialization, give meds if needed, walks etc). I’ve volunteered at the shelter, fostered, have experience with deaf dogs & giving oral meds. ‼️please note: I am a student and currently completing an internship. My calendar shows my general availability but depending on your pets needs I may still be able to care for them! Also, I do have a pug that occasionally stays with me and would feel comfortable accepting house sitting/overnight requests if it is acceptable to bring him. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions! Currently a student and on my off days, or after school, usually stay in. I’m pretty open and flexible within reason, so don’t hesitate to ask any questions! I don’t like to leave the pet unattended for too long just to avoid any accidents and be present with them. I can crate up to the owners discretion.

About: I have been told that I have a way with animals , especially dogs in terms of gaining their trust. I have raised a number a dogs over 2 decades living on the family ranch. The latest dog I picked out for the family was very shy and scared. But I bonded with him quickly and gained his trust. FYI, I understand that this a job that I must prioritize customer service, and the health and well-being of their pets. I am well aware the duties of house sitting would include washing toys and dishes, mopping if needed, making sure the pets get plenty of play time, walks in parks, cleaning up waste, and giving meds if needed. Also, I’ll bring my own air mattress if you wish me to spend the night house sitting your pet. Also, for your information, I am actively seeking a part-time job, so I won’t be available, as a house sitter, to stay in your home all day considering I’ll need to work and such. But I will spend the nights at your place making sure your pet is cared for by all means necessary. I am working on getting another part-time job to make ends meet, but I can provide a flexible schedule to ensure your pets gets the best service when I am needed for help. As a house sitter, I won’t be available to stay in the house with your pet all day; but will still spend the nights there taking care of your pet. I am unable to provide service to have your pet stay at my place. My backyard is too small for starters. And most importantly, the walls and fence are not built properly meaning you dog might be at risk of digging out.

About: I begged my parents for a dog since I could talk. When they finally allowed me to adopt one when I was 10, she instantly became the love of my life. Two years ago, I adopted my first puppy in my adult life. He has taught me so much as a pet owner. I love meeting new dogs because every one has an unique and special personality. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs alike and cannot wait to meet your fur baby! I currently work as a swim coach and have pretty flexible hours during the morning , mid day, and early afternoon. My nights are completely free. I love going on long walks and exploring new areas. I guarantee your pup will get a great workout and come back exhausted from our adventures. Along with this, I maintain an attentive attitude within the house and am always giving my pups attention even when completing other tasks. I love playing fetch and tug-of-war!!

About: I’m back on Rover after a break to travel! I’ve had the joy of sharing my life with 4 of the sweetest adopted souls (3 cats, 1 dog). Almost a year ago I lost my precious lab who I raised for nearly 10 years. I’m hoping that caring for other’s pets will help continue to heal my heart and provide opportunities to nurture animals again. I work full time, but remotely. My office is in my home and I have many opportunities in my schedule to provide undivided attention and walks through a very safe and scenic neighborhood. Although I do not have a private yard I have ample landscaped green space mere feet outside my front door. I do not currently have pets but I am approved to foster through San Antonio Animal Care Services.
