About: Hi! I am a dedicated, compassionate, and trustworthy Pre-Vet student and LOVE all kinds of animals! I go to school up at TCU (go frogs!), but was raised here in San Antonio! From dogs and cats, to horses and reptiles, I have worked with animals my entire life and would love the opportunity to show some love to your fur babies! I have a very flexible schedule and ample experience with pet care, as I have 3 pets of my own and clinical experience working with Veterinary offices. I can give medication, take long walks/runs, and I’m HIGHLY qualified in giving belly rubs! I would love to meet and care for your pets and am able to adjust to the needs of each accordingly! Currently, I am on summer break from college, so I have a very flexible schedule! I volunteer and shadow a Veterinarian at a Wildlife rescue a few times a week, but the needs of your pets will take priority! I can happily adjust my sleep schedule to take dogs on a walk before it gets too hot outside in the summer heat, and I will always follow the schedule of the pet. I am at the will of the pet. Whether they need an early morning walk, medications, snack time in the middle of the day, or late night belly rubs, I am willing to adjust my schedule. My priority is the animal I am caring for, and I will ensure they are accommodated and taken care of! No matter if it is a short walk or a long overnight stay, I will give my all to ensure your baby is happy and satisfied.

About: Hi everyone! I’m a very passionate animal lover with plenty of experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, and various small animals. I own a Boxer, Jack Russell mix, and a cat, so I love working with all sizes and energy levels! I love going on walks, running around the yard, or just hanging out doing their daily routine. I have a strong background training basic behavior, leash work, reactivity issues, and high prey drive. I’m very knowledgeable in breed behaviors, including understanding the needs of various working breeds and the energy they need to expend. One of my biggest concerns I help with is helping clients with constant updates, as I understand I’m new to you and your pets, so I’ll work hard to make sure you feel they are getting the best care! I really like to tailor care to each individual, so just let me know if you have any specific needs with your pet! I work full-time on Rover now, so I’m readily available to accommodate your pet’s needs! I offer both normal house-sitting (overnights) and constant care rates depending on what you would like. Let me know if you have any specific needs for your pet, and I’d be more than willing to help out. I really try to help reassure clients, especially new ones, of the well-being of their pet. I bring a form to make sure we have all their specific needs written down, including their current veterinary information if the worst case scenario happens and they need vet attention.

“Flexible and dependable! 100% recommend her services. Thank you, Carla!”

About: As a compassionate and caring sitter, I treat your pet like my own—ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for in a calm, low-stress environment. While currently serving in the military and away from my own family, I genuinely enjoy caring for your pet and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I work 4 hours on weekdays and get off at 1pm. Weekends I am free. The most I will be away during the day is 6 hours. I’ve created a safe, quiet, and peaceful home—an ideal environment for your furry friend to feel relaxed, secure, and loved. Small pets will have plenty of space to move around.

“David has done a marvelous job walking Lalo, my jolly border collie. He made sure lalo was walked everyday and made sure lalo was safe. He took many photos of lalo for me and lalo was happy in every single photo! I’m absolutely happy with my experience and I never had to worry about my fur baby because he was in safe hands while I was out of town on vacation. Thank you so much David for being there for Lalo and I!”

“I’m a first time using rover great experience Devin is Awesome she kept me updated and sent pics she’s very responsive and professional. I recommend her highly”

About: I’ve always taken care of dogs whether that be my own dogs or for friends and family. It can range from puppies to elderly dogs and all different types. I am someone who is flexible as well and try to accommodate your needs. I have a lot of free time, so pet care doesn’t affect my routine. Most of the time I am hanging out with my own dogs or walking. I wanted to do something I enjoyed more and being around dogs is one of them. I call myself the dog police because the amount of dogs I save or reunite with their owners truly makes me happy. The pets in my home are loved and cared for. Tailored to their personality and needs. With my own two dogs they are let out at least every 2 hours. I make them their food weekly. I am a registered nurse so medication administration is something I can do for you. I live in a gated community if your dog needs walking I can assure they will be safe.

About: Howdy fellow dog lovers! My name is Dania and I'm currently completing my masters in counseling at UTSA! My favorite things in life are: long drives, running, being outdoors, cooking, and of course.. dogs! I've only ever been on Rover to search for sitters but I have some unexpected career changes occurring this May so I figured why not try Rover out as a sitter (hence the lack of reviews). But I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, and as the oldest child, I was basically the designated pup caretaker. I've also had several dogs myself throughout my adulthood and have dog sitted for friends and family as well! From bath time to belly rubs, feeding schedules to medication routines (shoutout to my childhood dog with epilepsy), I’ve done it all. Taking care of dogs isn’t just something I do—it’s something I love. I’m a huge animal advocate and truly believe every dog deserves all the love, care, and comfort in the world. Fun fact: I once wrote a letter to a former president advocating against kill shelters—and they actually wrote me back! 🐶✉️ These days, I share my home with my 3-year-old cocker spaniel, who’s full of energy and always ready to make new friends—unless you’re a German Shepherd (he’s working through some past trauma, but aren’t we all?). Whether your pup needs long walks, cozy cuddles, or just someone to remind them they’re the best dog ever (because they are), I’ve got them covered. Can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! 🐕💛 I'm currently working part-time at an elementary school W-F, so I'm unavailable from 7am-4pm on those days. On Mondays and Tuesdays, I am at my internship from 9am-2pm, but have flexibility and time after that. My weekends are pretty open, sometimes spontaneous plans come up but feel free to message me to ask! I live in an apartment and have a small patio for your pup to get some sun bathing in. I live with a roommate who actually has been a dog sitter for Rover for over 3 years so she's very much a dog lover as well. I have a cocker spaniel, Benny, who can keep your fur baby company and I can easily crate him our pup if need be.

Addison is reliable, communicative, and always goes the extra mile to make sure Sky is happy and safe. I feel so at ease knowing my pup is in such good hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog walker!”

About: I’ve owned many animals for the past 10 years, ranging from small to large breed and of all ages. I have been a volunteer puppy raiser for Guiding Eyes for the Blind and participated in raising 2 puppies to become guide dogs! I have a background in basic puppy training (commands, potty training, safe play) and senior care (medication administration, mobility assistance). I’m a stay at home mom to my daughter, and we enjoy playing outside in the backyard, going for walks, and doing craft activities! My animals are always around whether it is playing fetch in the yard to relaxing on the couch in the afternoon. Since I am home full time I can dedicate attention to your pet like I do my own. Snuggles and playtime all day long! At my home, I have one dog and one dog-savvy cat who will keep your fur baby company! They love to play and snuggle! I have a fenced in yard for the zoomies and live in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoy taking walks. Visiting dogs have their own space to relax and play, but are also welcome to hangout with the family!

“I am new to Rover, and Sarah is the first person we’ve used; she’s wonderful. Sarah is prompt, professional, and kind. Our goldendoodle, Rex, gives her a five-paw review too! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾”

About: I have worked with animals since i was about 18 years old by volunteering at animal clinics. I recently got training in caring for dogs. I also grew up with a German Shephard dog. I'm currently working part-time as a veterinary assistant. I have free time in the mornings and afternoon during the weekday and sometimes on the weekend. My apartment has a dog area for pets to use the bathroom. However, my apartment is small so i have a limited amount of room. I can provide food and water for the dogs as well.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I have a Golden retriever who is 14 years old. I’m very active and love the energy that dogs have! Being around dogs makes me very happy.🥰 I’m back home from college, I am a student athlete at Texas A&M - I run track, so I have a lot of free time and a flexible schedule. I have a fenced yard, lots of space for your pet to run around in, and a very friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can also put my dog in a separate space if needed to make you and your pet feel more comfortable!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 20 years. I like all types of breeds. I have experience dealing with aging pups and understand the importance of maintaining a strict medication schedule. I work from home as a software developer and my schedule is very flexible. I can accommodate most appointments if needed and outdoors breaks are easy for me to work around. About: I’ve spent the last 20 years as a Vet Assistant with acquired Vet Tech training, specializing in Emergency/Critical Care, Oncology/Radiation Therapy, Pharmaceuticals, and Specialty Surgery. In addition to caring for senior &/or chronically ill pets. Now, as a small local business owner, I continue to hold caring for animals close to my heart. At home, I'm surrounded by three cats—Kai, Nairobi, and Maya—so there's never a dull moment! I take great pride in providing compassionate care for your fur babies, always ensuring that you feel at ease knowing they are in safe hands. Whether it's routine care or administering medications such as pilling, fluids, insulin, etc.., I’m equipped to provide the medical attention your pet may need, with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach, I treat your pets as if they were my own, giving them the highest standard of care. I currently run my own business, which allows me the flexibility to adjust my schedule as needed to accommodate your pet care needs while I care for them. I currently do not offer pet sitting in my home, but when I’m caring for pets in their own home, I follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, playtime, and any special care instructions. For pets with medical needs, I am fully equipped to administer medications or treatments as needed, with the same care and attention I’d give my own animals. I also take great care in keeping their space clean, ensuring that it’s a safe and hygienic environment. I treat every pet with the same level of love, attention, and professionalism, always making sure they are well-cared for and comfortable.

About: I believe that every dog can be understood and loved in its own way. It's all about taking the time to form the bond and trust that dogs needs. I've personally have adopted and raised my own loving dog for 5 years. Through out my life I have also helped take care of dogs of all breeds, ages and individual needs. I am currently part-time and I don't have my own dog living at my place as of right now. So being able to assist others with their pets in their time of need is something I most definitely want to help with. I always make sure I come in with a calm and happy demeanor. I personally do well with continuing whatever commands the dog already knows to help the flow of communication with the dog. Multiply dogs is no issue as well.

Alex works well with others and all animals on our farm (horses, dogs, chickens, rabbits, goats and more). She carries herself with enthusiasm and determination for any task or responsibility she is given. I would recommend Alex for any dog care, walking and/or pet sitting roles. In fact, I have personally hired her to care for my bloodhound. 9. Cecilia P.
“There isn’t a more perfect position for Cecilia. I have never met someone so compassionate towards animals. She has dogs of her own that she treats so well. I don’t have dogs, but I often have her take care of my cats when I am out of town. I often joke with her saying she is the neighborhood watch dog, as she is always out in the neighborhood trying to return lost dogs to their owners. She is the type of person to pull over on the side of the highway to rescue a dog from getting hit and doing everything possible to try and get them back to their owner. You can teach alot of things, but genuinely caring and having empathy is something you cannot. She would be an amazing pet caregiver!”
