Josephine R.
About: Lifelong animal lover, I have been a dedicated dog mom ever since adopting a sweet dog who was looking for her forever home, almost 15 years ago. I work in healthcare (for humans) but I also have first-hand experience taking care of pets with medical needs, including chronic illnesses, post-surgery, and administering daily medications. I am no stranger to grooming and bathing your pups. I also foster and volunteer for a local rescue group when I can. I have loved being able to provide individualized care for those dogs to get them ready for their forever homes. I also enjoy providing enrichment to dogs, including working on basic obedience. I'm currently working part time, which allows me to have a flexible schedule to help care for your beloved pets, including during weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Every time I visit your home, I will treat it with the respect I would want for my own home and treat your animals with all the attention and affection they deserve.

Timothy W.
“Timothy is an animal lover. The special connections that Timothy immediately makes with pets is always a heartwarming sight to see. Timothy is always so loving with any pet that comes by and has a compassion for animals like no others. I’ve left Timothy with my two dogs when I need to go on short trips and my dogs are always so happy to see Timothy and know they will have a great time when they are with him.”

Danette S.
“I have two very demanding cats that are fed a special diet. Danette made sure they had the correct amount of food as well as the proper medication. She took extra time to get to know my boys and allowed them to become comfortable with her. She notified me of any concerns as well as general wellness updates. She is very conscientious about being in my home and makes sure that she takes care of my home and pets as if they were her own.”

Mikaela H.

“We hired Mikaela to walk our puppy daily while we were out of town. Mikaela was great! Always took cute pictures, was punctual, and patient with our still untrained, high energy pup. Would book again!”

Gummer O.

“I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism/reliability of Goomer. During this past month he walked Nacho on many occasions while we we at work. We will definitely have Goomer continue walks regularly with Nacho. It’s a relief to know that our pup is in good hands.”

Emmanuel R.
“I'm incredibly grateful for my dog walker Emmanuel. He’s been a lifesaver, making sure my furry friend gets the exercise and attention they need during my busy workdays. Not only are they reliable and punctual, but they also have a genuine love for animals that shines through in their care. My dog gets excited every time they come to the door, which is the best testament to their dedication. Thanks to my dog walker, I have peace of mind knowing that my pet is in capable hands, getting the exercise and social interaction they crave. I couldn't ask for a better caregiver for my beloved dog."”

Allyson A.
“Allyson is a very caring and sweet person! She has taken care of many different cats and dogs! She’s very dedicated and takes time to play and keep the animals with amazing company! She also has animals of her own in which she takes great care of. I would 100% recommend Allyson as a sitter, I know that she will do her best!”

Molly Y.

“Chief looked very happy on his walk and Molly even stayed to play with him when it started raining outside! I loved that, she considered him and his needs over her own. Will definitely be booking her again!”

About: I’ve been around all kinds of dogs and cats since I was young. I grew up with 2 dogs and a cat. Unfortunately one passed away last year. Although I miss him I want to give every pet the love that I had for my pup sadie . I recently moved to San Antonio for school and my buds are in Houston. I still like to go to local shelters and volunteer by taking a dog out for the day! Since I am in school studying in finance at university of texas at San Antonio. I am fortunately available throughout the week at any time after 1! I live in a gated and fenced apartment complex. I like to keep the dogs inside unless there is a leash in my hand and around there neck. I would treat your animals how I treat mine with love and prioritizing there safety. While walking if I may come across an aggressive dog or animal I will make sure to defend your animal as if it were mine. I am trained in Muay Thai and jiu jitsu. Your animals are safe around me!

Abria G.

“Abria did amazing walking my puppy, Penelope. She is still in the middle of potty training, so having Abria walk her whenever i am at work is such a huge help! She sent multiple pictures of her on the walk and updated me on any potty accidents. She really help relieve my worries as a new puppy mom. 10/10”

Edna T.
About: Hi!!! My name is Edna! I’m new to Rover, but I’ve done dog house sitting jobs off and on within the past couple of years and I’ve had dogs my entire life, one I just moved away from, and am missing walking everyday ( I don’t have a lot of pictures with doggos sorry for the lack of pictures) I am currently pursing my degree at UTSA, so I would need to work around my school hours during the week. Monday I am available anytime after 12, Tuesday before 5, Wednesdays I am unavailable, Thursdays anytime before 4, and fridays and most weekends I am available all day. I know leaving a pet at home with a sitter can be a little stressful, so I try to alleviate that as much as possible by asking extra questions and having a clear idea of the dogs routine so the transition is as smooth as possible, and that the dog is happy!

Olivia C.

“Fergus loves Olivia!! She prioritizes making sure he’s safe and happy. She is the highlight of his days and he will definitely miss her when she goes back to school!”

About: I take all dogs to the dog park twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. They will also be taken for potty breaks and walks, usually once every 1-2 hours. I also have experience training puppies as I have had a family dog and my pup. I have an hour class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10-11am, but I have dog loving roommates that will tend to your pups while I’m away. Your pups will get all the lovings and kisses they could ever want, including treats and belly rubs! I also have my own fur baby that will be your dog’s playmate during their stay.

David Felipe R.
“David is an animal whisperer. He has a natural gift for bonding with animals. He has taken care of my dog, Baron, and they became best friends. Anytime Baron saw David, he would bound with joy and run to find a toy to play with David. I have only wonderful things to say about David. He is a kind, responsible and authentic soul. Your pet is lucky to stay with him.”

Leslie R.

“This is my first time having someone I don’t personally know care for my animals. I was nervous! Leslie did a great job. I felt comfortable even just after the meet and greet. She was very patient with my puppy and had a lot of great tips for care. Both the dogs loved her. She’s also very flexible and communicative. It was so nice being able to see pics of my babies while at work”
