She sent pictures every day and kept me informed of how the time was going and went above and beyond the original time requested for our dog’s stay because our flight was delayed and we couldn’t make it back on time. Ella was so flexible and worked with us to ensure our golden was well cared for all the way until we could get back home! We’ll definitely rebook and we’re so thankful for Ella’s care!!
Claudia was such a great sitter! One of my dogs gets nervous around strangers but she made him feel at ease and comfortable during the time we were away. She sent daily updates and pictures which was nice to know they were safe and having a good time. She is very kind and understanding.

We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend her! She was very communicative from start to finish and kept us updated on everything going on with our dog. She sent pictures regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was also very respectful and responsive anytime we reached out.
