About: I’ve had dogs as part of my family for most of my life, so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for them when you can’t be there. I’m dependable, attentive, and very comfortable getting to know each dog’s individual personality and routine. For drop-in visits, I’m not someone who will simply fill the food and water bowls and leave. I’ll spend time with your pet, give them attention and affection, let them out for potty breaks, play with them, and make sure they’re comfortable and settled before I go. I’m also a detail person, so I’ll pay attention to things like eating and drinking, behavior, energy level, and anything that seems out of the ordinary. Whether your dog is young and energetic, older and prefers a little extra patience, or just happiest having some company while you’re away, my goal is for them to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home—and for you to feel confident that they’re in good hands. I am available for lunchtime visits as well aa early evening. I am available for early morning with enough advance notice. Availability is contingent upon the client’s needs. I do not currently offer sitter services in my home at this time. I’m happy to care for your pet as a drop in only.

One of my dachshunds, Olsen, just had emergency back surgery, so I will be focusing on his recovery. ——— I grew up with a wide variety of pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish), have been pet-sitting an even wider variety (parakeets, turtles) since I was a teenager, and also trained service dogs for two different organizations in college. I am currently the go-to pet sitter for most of my friends and family because they know I will treat their pets like my own (i.e. happy and spoiled). ——— I have experience with pets in all stages of life, as well as those with special needs. If your pet takes medications or has a complicated feeding schedule, I can easily handle it (bonus points if you provide detailed notes, though!). I am an office worker with a hybrid schedule, so I’m only in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I am available for boarding and drop-in visits most weekdays, weekends and holidays. I own a small, single-story home with a large, fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of walking trails and parks nearby. I strive to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all. Pets are also welcome on the furniture (I mean, where else will those snuggle sessions occur?). --- I have one cat and two dachshunds, so my house is both cat- and dog-friendly. I provide several cat trees, scratching posts, and litter boxes throughout the house. I also have multiple dog crates, as well as ramps up to the bed and couches.

About: I begged my parents for a dog since I could talk. When they finally allowed me to adopt one when I was 10, she instantly became the love of my life. Two years ago, I adopted my first puppy in my adult life. He has taught me so much as a pet owner. I love meeting new dogs because every one has an unique and special personality. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs alike and cannot wait to meet your fur baby! I currently work as a swim coach and have pretty flexible hours during the morning , mid day, and early afternoon. My nights are completely free. I love going on long walks and exploring new areas. About: I've experienced the magic of pets since I was young. My parents' house includes a Shih Tzu, Labrador, and a mixed cat! They behave different but have tons of love that they give us. We love our pets, and I know you love yours, too. I've cared for pets of a variety of ages and sizes. I update clients every day / walk that their pet is in my care. If you need a scheduled sitter in advance or a last minute sitter, just ask! Let's work together. First-time clients get 10% off for the first appointment. I'm responsible and trustworthy. I hold a master's degree and work full-time, but can step away during lunch breaks to feed pets and can go after 5pm. I also love giving daily updates on your pet while you are away! For house sitting, I leave your home the way I find it. I appreciate a clean space in my own home, and I take pride in respecting your home. I enjoy jogging / hiking. I regularly walk my parents' Labrador when I am home; thus, taking your fur baby on a walk is not a challenge for me. I walk often, and will be sure to keep your pets safe! I am aware of snakes and other predators lurking in San Antonio's trails and have training in snake bite care. I haven't had to use it, yet, but it is good info to know! I can walk your dog anytime after 5pm, Mondays - Fridays. I am usually flexible with my time on weekends if given advanced notice. I do not walk pets in extreme heat (outside temperature of 90 or more, unless there is ample shade in your neighborhood), as I prioritize their safety/wellness and do not want to burn their paws.
