About: I’ve been the primary caretaker for my dog for the past 7 years, handling everything from daily walks and feedings to baths and medication. I walk him at least four times a day and try to get in a longer mile-ish walk a few times a week so he can explore at his own pace. I’ve also cared for several friends’ dogs for multi-day stays ranging from a couple of days to over a week. Between that and growing up around pets, I’m very comfortable reading a dog’s personality and routine. My wife has lived with dogs her whole life as well, so our home is very dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the couch and our own dog sleeps in bed with us. I’ve also done a fair bit of basic training with him. I taught him “wait” (stay), helped him get comfortable with paw cleaning after walks, and even set up a little “dog nest” on the bed that he now uses as his sleeping spot. I’m attentive to routines, meds, and the little details that make pets feel comfortable. I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. I’m around most of the time and able to give dogs attention, bathroom breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Our normal routine is a morning outing, one in the afternoon, another around 5–6pm, and a final one around 9pm before bed. If a dog needs to go out sooner or starts pawing at the door, I’m always happy to take them out. I try to fit in longer walks when the weather and work schedule allow, usually in the evenings. Because I’m home during the day, pets aren’t left alone for long stretches and get plenty of interaction. I work from home and have a wrap-around fenced yard, so dogs have plenty of safe space to wander and get fresh air. I keep a close eye on them when they’re outside and follow their normal routines as closely as possible. Inside, dogs are welcome to relax and make themselves comfortable. Our home is very dog friendly, and we’re used to having pets around. If a dog needs to be crated for sleeping or while we step out briefly, we do have a crate available. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications, and any specific instructions from owners. I’m also happy to send photos or videos throughout the stay so you can see how your pet is doing.

In the home, I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and not alone for long periods, giving them consistent companionship and supervision. About: Aloha! Official animal lover here, who’s had and taken care of various types of pets from Tarantulas, Turtles, Hamsters, Gerbils, Chameleons, parakeets, frogs, to rabbits, fish, cats and dogs! I would love to watch your furbaby and take great care of her/him! I’m experienced with caring for dogs and cats of all stages, big or small. I like to exercise, so your dog will get plenty of exercise (walk or run) with me:) I also speak Japanese and Spanish! I do not work, but do travel often to mainland as I have elderly parents. So when I’m on island I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies. My husband works from home, we recently bought a spacious single-family home with a yard and large lanai, so your dogs can enjoy hanging out inside or outside.

I am able to change my schedule according to what is needed. It is easier for me to care for pets in their own home as I have multiple pets in the household. About: Hi! I have 2 small dogs of my own so I understand what it's like choosing a sitter. I work from home so I have a flexible schedule. I have experience giving oral medication and shots because my previous dogs had Diabetes, Cushing's, Pancreatitis, Dementia, etc. I have also watched dogs with heart/stomach/back/vision/hearing issues. I will care for your dog(s) as if they were my own with extra belly rubs, back scratches and face massages! I don't mind your dog sleeping in my bed or we can use their crate. <3 <3 I have a flexible schedule during the week because I work from home. I often work out of the house 1-2 days over the weekend from about 7am-3pm. I can make sure my mom is here if I am at work so they won't be left alone for a long period of time. She stays in the same house so there are usually two of us here. I understand it can be scary to leave your fur babies with someone else. Rest assured that they will be safe (#1 priority!) and comfortable. I won't bug you with every little thing so you don't stress out, but I will also send you pics because I know you miss them! I have experience with anxious/needy dogs and can adapt my schedule accordingly.

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’ve grown up caring for Labs, Rottweilers, Chihuahuas, Border Collies, Huskies, and a Mini Goldendoodle — so I understand everything from high-energy working breeds to small companion dogs. When I was 14 years old, I became the primary caregiver for my Chihuahua, who was under a year old when we brought her home. I cared for her throughout her entire life, including providing attentive, compassionate senior care as her needs changed in her later years. I’ve also cared for an energetic Husky, so I’m very comfortable with active dogs who need structured exercise and mental stimulation. I raised my Mini Goldendoodle from 6 weeks old and handled all of her training, so I’m confident working with puppies and reinforcing good habits. I truly believe dogs deserve an enriching life beyond the home. I love beach walks and hikes, and I tailor each outing to match a dog’s energy level and personality. While dogs may be part of our world, to them we are their whole world — and I care for every dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I work remotely from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Being home throughout the day allows me to provide consistent supervision, companionship, potty breaks, and attention for dogs in my care. During working hours, I’m available for shorter walks (up to 30 minutes), drop-ins, and in-home care. My meeting schedule varies day to day, so timing during work hours will need flexibility, but I always communicate clearly to coordinate a time that works best. After 3:00 PM, I have full availability for longer walks, outings, and dedicated time with your dog. In My Home: Dogs staying with me have access to my office/guest room, the main living areas, and a fully fenced backyard at all times. Because I work remotely from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, I’m home throughout the day to provide supervision, companionship, potty breaks, and attention. Dogs are never isolated and can stay near me while I work, helping them feel comfortable and secure. They’ll also have the opportunity to play with my docile and friendly Mini Goldendoodle, Nova, who loves having company. Of course, I always prioritize safe, positive introductions and will separate dogs if needed to ensure everyone feels comfortable. I provide regular walks, playtime, and enrichment based on each dog’s energy level — whether that’s relaxed outdoor time or more active exercise. I follow feeding schedules, routines, and any specific care instructions closely to make the transition from your home to mine as smooth as possible. Drop-In Visits (Client’s Home): For drop-ins, I focus on keeping your dog’s routine consistent in their familiar environment. Visits can include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and lots of attention. I always respect your home and leave it exactly as I found it, and I provide updates so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: Have had dogs most of my life. We have a safe and comfortable space for dogs to run around in. I also take morning and evening walks to keep them busy. Flexible with our schedule! I am home all day so will be with your pup the entire duration of the stay. Any nuances in schedule will be reflected on the calendar. I have an acre fenced yard that is well maintained and all grass. Plenty of activities and toys to keep them busy. I am only looking to house one dog at a time.

About: I grew up in the foothills of San Diego where I was raised with all kinds of animals! Cats, dogs, chickens, you name it! Animals aren’t just pets to me—they are members of the family and should be treated as such. I am a student on campus one day a week, and the other days are spent doing remote field work. Because of this I have a lot of flexibility for potty breaks and giving care to your furry loved ones. Although this is a New York City apartment, it is quite large withs a lot of open space during the colder months when long walks become a little shorter. There is a lot of room for playing fetch and such. I live on the first floor of a building which makes trips outside very easy and convenient, which is good for dogs of all ages. Additionally, there are three doors between the apartment and the street, which is helpful for the escape artist-type!
