This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. About: I’ve been the primary caretaker for my dog for the past 7 years, handling everything from daily walks and feedings to baths and medication. I walk him at least four times a day and try to get in a longer mile-ish walk a few times a week so he can explore at his own pace. I’ve also cared for several friends’ dogs for multi-day stays ranging from a couple of days to over a week. Between that and growing up around pets, I’m very comfortable reading a dog’s personality and routine. My wife has lived with dogs her whole life as well, so our home is very dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the couch and our own dog sleeps in bed with us. I’ve also done a fair bit of basic training with him. I taught him “wait” (stay), helped him get comfortable with paw cleaning after walks, and even set up a little “dog nest” on the bed that he now uses as his sleeping spot. I’m attentive to routines, meds, and the little details that make pets feel comfortable. I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. I’m around most of the time and able to give dogs attention, bathroom breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Our normal routine is a morning outing, one in the afternoon, another around 5–6pm, and a final one around 9pm before bed. If a dog needs to go out sooner or starts pawing at the door, I’m always happy to take them out. I try to fit in longer walks when the weather and work schedule allow, usually in the evenings. Because I’m home during the day, pets aren’t left alone for long stretches and get plenty of interaction. I work from home and have a wrap-around fenced yard, so dogs have plenty of safe space to wander and get fresh air. I keep a close eye on them when they’re outside and follow their normal routines as closely as possible. Inside, dogs are welcome to relax and make themselves comfortable. Our home is very dog friendly, and we’re used to having pets around. If a dog needs to be crated for sleeping or while we step out briefly, we do have a crate available. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications, and any specific instructions from owners. I’m also happy to send photos or videos throughout the stay so you can see how your pet is doing.

My wife and I can't keep up with the attention Megan needs as we got older than we expected due to circumstances. MaryAnn has been walking Megan regularly 4 times per week as we wanted, Megan has a big yard so she can get out as needed, but walks provide socialization that the dog needs. About: I absolutely love animals and I’ve owned many animals throughout my whole life. From chickens to horses, I know how to take care of animals. Many neighbors have trusted me to take care of their houses and pets while they are away. I’m currently not working, and my schedule is pretty much entirely open. I have lots of time to spend taking care of your animals!! ❤️ I don’t have a fenced yard, however, I have a fenced dog park close by and lots of room to walk and play with any animal that needs it!! If I am taking care of your animals in your home, I would simply need instructions to follow :)

About: I was a foster mom to many cats and dogs and love pets of all kinds. Very comfortable with both younger pets who still need training and older pets who need constant love. I am confident in giving medication and constant love and affection. I can be your trusted pet sitter while you enjoy your time away from home. I have a normal schedule when I am in town I am able to constantly check in on your fur babies. They will have constant attention and anything that they need. I am always willing to follow any normal schedules that you follow with your pets so that they don’t feel any changes when you aren’t there. Your pets will be walked, loved, and fed the same as if you were there.

This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and have spent years helping friends, family, and neighbors care for theirs. As a dog owner to a 10 year old chocolate lab, I understand that pets are family. My goal is to provide dependable care, regular updates, and a safe environment where your dog can feel comfortable, have fun, and receive the attention they deserve while you’re away. I work a full-time job during the week, but I make pet care a priority. I have a pretty strict routine since I have my own dog here as well. I come home during my lunch break every day to let dogs out, provide exercise, and give them attention, so potty breaks never exceed about three hours. Evenings are dedicated to the dogs in my care, and I am available full-time on weekends. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where your dog receives plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout their stay. While I do not have a fenced yard, there is a secure fenced dog area just steps from my back door where dogs can safely play and burn off energy. My friendly chocolate Lab is always happy to provide companionship for social dogs, and we have several walking trails throughout the neighborhood for daily exercise. I can accommodate dogs that need to be crated, but house trained dogs are welcome to relax and roam freely alongside my dog while supervised. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and home like environment where your dog feels like part of the family during their stay.
