About: I’ve always been someone animals naturally gravitate toward, and over the past years I’ve had hands-on experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve helped with everything from daily walks and feeding routines to drop-in visits and making sure pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’m especially patient and attentive, so I do really well with puppies who are still learning as well as dogs that might be a little more shy or need extra reassurance. I’m comfortable sticking to specific routines, giving medications if needed, and making sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. What sets me apart is that I genuinely treat every pet like they’re my own. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs, and I always try to create a calm, safe environment so they feel secure even when you’re not there. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine since I already have a structured schedule as a college student. I’m usually available mornings, afternoons, and evenings for walks or drop-in visits, especially on weekdays. I’m also flexible on weekends/holidays, which makes it easy for me to accommodate different schedules. I’m good at planning ahead and staying consistent, so I can reliably show up and give your pet the time and attention they need. When caring for pets, my main priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. In a client’s home, I always follow their specific instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, and any special needs. I make sure doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye on pets during walks, and avoid any unsafe situations. I also pay attention to each pet’s personality and adjust how I interact with them, whether they’re energetic, anxious, or more laid-back. I keep things clean, calm, and stress-free so your pet feels as comfortable as possible while you’re away. Communication is also really important to me, so I’ll keep you updated and make sure you feel at ease trusting me with your pet.

About: Lifelong dog lover with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including large breeds. I recently lost a beloved family dog in Japan, which deepened my appreciation for the importance of compassionate, attentive care for animals. Although I do not currently have a pet of my own, I stay closely connected to animals through volunteering at the humane society, where I help care for and socialize dogs of different temperaments and needs. I am active, reliable, and very attentive to each animal’s individual personality and routine. I enjoy providing safe, loving care, regular exercise, and meaningful companionship tailored to each dog’s needs—whether that means calm indoor time, structured walks, or active outdoor time for more energetic dogs. I work mostly remotely, so I’m home the majority of the day and can provide consistent care and attention. I do have occasional appointments, but I plan my schedule to ensure pets are always checked on and cared for regularly. I’m also very active and enjoy hiking and outdoor time, so I’m happy to include pets who enjoy walks, exercise, and being out and about. I provide attentive, reliable care tailored to each pet’s needs and routine. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care or medications. In the home, I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and not alone for long periods, giving them consistent companionship and supervision. About: I'm born and raised in Kailua. I Grew up riding horses and currently own a mare in Waimānalo. I foster cats for a local rescue and im comfortable medicating and giving sub q fluids to cats. I am also very comfortable with dogs and currently have 4 of my own. I have and care for a number of my own cats/rescues and colony feed & TNRM. Eff 5/1 I'm retired from the State of Hawaii and looking to check in and care for pets daily anytime throughout the day as needed. I'm very flexible can even do evening care as well. I'm happy to care for your pet/pets in your home as you describe and advise. I care for a number of animals at my home daily and work independently and diligently providing excellent care.

About: Aloha! I am a dog-loving, mom of three boys, two dogs, and a military spouse of 15 years. Being flexible and dependable is pretty much my lifestyle. I grew up with dogs, and I’ve personally cared for my own since I was an adult. I have also fostered rescue dogs for Okinawa Stray Pet Rescue. I have experience with a wide range of breeds, all sizes, and dogs from newborn puppy to 15 year old seniors with very limited mobility. I am probably over paranoid when it comes to safety, so you can trust that your dog will be in good, responsible hands! I understand that each dog is unique, and I treat each one as if they were my own. I know how important it is to feel confident in who you choose to care for your fur baby, and I’m happy to provide what your pup needs! My only time constraints are shuttling kids to and from school and activities so I have lots of free time to spend with your pup! As previously mentioned, I am very cautious and your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have personally owned dogs who are “runners” so I’m constantly aware of my surroundings and the dog’s behavior when caring for them.

About: I used to be a dog owner and I sometimes help my friends with pet-sitting! I am super excited to learn and meet new pets! I just recently graduated from college, so am very free to walk and watch your pet! I love going on walks for exercise usually, so taking care of your pet fits right into my routine! I live in house with access to a large yard and safe neighborhood for walks. I also live near a park with a larger, fenced field.

About: I have had Bamba since childhood. We have grown up together and learned to read one another. He had epilepsy since the age of 2, including 12+ hour cluster seizures. I know how to help seizing, senior dogs and can help with pets that take medication and require maintain proper exercise. Bamba is prone to masses and has arthritis, I know how to take care of old pups with unique conditions. Everyday for 14 years, I would walk my dog every morning, afternoon, and night. He developed epilepsy in which he needed multiple pills in the morning and evening. I am no longer a student and have the flexibility to take care of pets for long periods of time. I make sure my dog stays active since he is an older pup. When he’s up for it, I take him on many long walks around the community and and go to the park. My dog always enjoyed veggies, so with his pills he always enjoyed a nice breakfast salad as he ate with the rest of us in the morning!

About: I have grown up around dogs and love caring for animals. I am dependable, responsible, and enjoy spending time with pets whether that’s going on walks, playing, or relaxing at home. I’m a nursing student currently on break with extensive free time, so my schedule is very flexible. I do prefer weekday mornings for walks or sitting needs. I will only be able to care for pets at or out of client homes, making a point to follow any and all safety measures that align with each pet.

As a senior software architect I work from home full-time, so I have complete flexibility to follow *your* preferred schedule in caring for your pet(s). I have a fenced-in yard and spacious four bedroom home. No rooms are off-limits to your pet(s); they will have the run of the house and yard.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last several years—from taking care of my neighbors dogs when I was younger to owning my own dog! I currently dog sit for a family in the Kailua area :) Since I’m a part time nanny, I have availability in the mornings and afternoons (also late evenings) on weekdays preferably! Weekend availability is usually flexible of course! Whether it’s dogs, I love taking them on walks or throwing around a ball/toy with them! With cats, I love playing with them and just cuddling & petting them! I love keeping my pets at home company, so I’m pretty much the same as a pet sitter :)

About: I’ve taken care of pets of all kinds for years and would love to be of service to someone who needs help on the weekends, early mornings, or evenings. I would be happy to sit and hang out with an elderly dog or take your active pup on a hike. When I’m not with your dog, I’m working at castle hospital, at the gym or doing photography. I work 8-4pm Monday to Friday so I’m open to early morning walks or evening check ins until 10pm. Open to flexible needs on the weekends and holiday coverage. I currently live with a husky so it would be best if I came to your home. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats so I can’t be around them but dogs are okay!
