I lost my childhood dog a few years ago and it’s been too hard to get another one. I’ve come to love caring for other people’s dogs and find it gives me that companionship without the heartbreak! I’ve had a range of experience from training puppies to administering medication to elderly dogs. Whether your dog enjoys lounging around or playing at the beach, I’ll adjust myself to match their energy!

You tell me what you need and I’ll do my absolute best to make it happen! This is just as much for me as it is for your pet, so I’ll do whatever makes your pet comfortable, ranging from going outside to expend that energy or me just being present as their companion. I have a really large wrap around yard. It’s not fenced, but we have a long rope set up to clip your pet to, if necessary.

i used to take my dog to a boarding place but nothing compares to how katie watches my dog! my dog feels very safe and loved with katie. i highly recommend katie for her cleanliness and ability to make your pet feel comfortable. katie's home environment is also very great for pets! there is a yard and lots of grass area. 😁
I was able to book Katherine last minute for the span of a few days so that we could make it to a friend’s wedding. By the time we returned, Punkie (a 65 lb pitbull) seemed to want her to have joint custody! Besides the obvious full-body wags that Katherine got in approval, we very much appreciated her communication; she would sporadically send cute photos and did not hesitate to ask clarifying questions regarding Punkie’s allergies. Basically, she’s the perfect combo of compassionate and professional. I don’t know anyone I would recommend more than Katherine!

Schedule
I work primarily swing shift so I have all morning (until about 2pm) open to spend with your pup, take them for walks, or check in on them. I have no other pets so I can give my undivided attention to your pets and their needs!
