About: **For the house sitting part of the profile I cannot sleepover at the clients house due to health reasons but I can take the dog(s) out for breaks at anytime.** We have a rescue dog, who was untrained and very high anxiety when we rescued him. Now, he is a fun loving, good listening boy! I probably baby him too much, so if you are looking for someone to be uber strict, that's probably not us. We just want to give love when you're not able to. I don't work and I'm in school only part time. I'm only looking to take care of a few dogs, so I can work the schedules that they need. I feed, bathe and train my dog. I like to play with him, and I can tell when he's about to get the "zoomies'" , so I play extra hard with him then. Of course I like to snuggle and pet any puppy.

Dodger seemed to really enjoy the time that Bridget spent with him from the great pictures we got while we were away. 100% would recommend Bridget and use her again!”

About: I volunteered for 1.5 years at a shelter in Montana and most recently worked at a doggie daycare/boarding facility as a handler and trainer for approximately a year. I personally have been a dog owner since 2013 (not including family dogs growing up). I have experience with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and demeanors. I have extensive hands-on training in reading dog body language. I am particularly well-versed in building a good relationship with nervous/fearful dogs. I treat every dog as if they were my own pet! I am on the job hunt and decided to try this for some income while I search! I have morning and afternoon availability 7 days a week to come hang out with your fur-baby. I always respect a dog’s boundaries and never do anything that they are uncomfortable with. I am a very confident handler and that helps in building a trusting relationship with a new dog. Even if the dog immediately wants to be my best friend, I let them come to me and I let them set the tone and pace. The most important thing with any dog is patience and not forcing them into a situation that could be stressful for them. I have successfully trained two dogs that I adopted with behavioral issues including reactivity to other dogs & people, and resource guarding. I believe in positive reinforcement ALWAYS. If a correction is needed I use a firm but calm voice, and praise when the inappropriate behavior stops. You can rest assured that I will never do anything to harm your beloved pet.
