About: I've spent years caring for my own pets, including senior dogs and cats, and I understand how important it is to treat every pet like family. I'm comfortable with puppies, shy dogs, counter surfers, herding breeds, and dogs who simply need alittle extra patience. Your pets safety, happiness, and routine always comes first. Please note: For Constant Care: If your pet needs someone home with them and cannot be left alone for more than 2–3 hours at a time, there will be an added constant care rate of $75 per day. I schedule my day around making sure they're fed, exercised, and given plenty of love. My job allows me to be very flexible with my time. I like to keep the dogs routine as much as possible. Some dogs can get anxious when someone new is introduced and I find it's best to keep things as simple and normal as possible.

About: I have had big dogs my whole life....taking care of them, walking them etc. Because I lost my big girl a year ago, and because of circumstances, I am not able to adopt yet, but would love to walk/take care of yours! About: I've been around animals since I was a baby. I have a fondness for the senior pets, they are just the sweetest! I love having playtime and cuddle time and a good walk if you're pet enjoys walks. (My grand cat walks on a leash, so we go on walks all the time). It's a scary time when pet parents are away for both pet and parent and I'll be there to make all of you at ease! I have a very flexible part-time job, so that frees me up to spend as much time as needed with your fur baby most weekdays and weekends, even holidays! I have three indoor feral rescue kitties. It took time and trust on all sides, but all three are now the sweetest cats ever! Every fur baby that has been brought into my house over the years, was either a feral I rescued off the street or adopted from a shelter. Mine are indoor only, except for when I sit on the porch. They get to come outside, but they all stay on the porch and come inside when I do.So lots of toys and enrichment is important for them. They all love to play fetch and chase the laser! Whatever your pet requires or whatever their routine is, I'm there for it. It's all about your pet and putting your mind at ease that they are in the best possible hands!

About: I've fostered dogs in my home and cared for dogs and cats in other people's homes and am excited to do more of both! I got into housesitting several months ago and love getting to spend focused time and attention on animals while their people are away. While fostering dogs, I worked on light training - improving walking manners, comfort with strangers, and basic commands. I first met Kelly for a preliminary 'meet & greet' and I immediately sensed her comfort with our young, certified therapy Aussie dog 'Sydney'. On the day of the sitting, Kelly arrived promptly and Sydney (again) greeted her warmly. During the visit Kelly texted us some cute photos of Sydney and Kelly at-play. I highly recommend Kelly and as the need arises we will definitely request her services without hesitation.
We feel so fortunate to have found Gillian (Gigi)! She had a difficult task with her stay at our house, and his name is Kitty (the elderly pug). He not only requires extra work in the daytime, but can be a huge challenge at night by not sleeping (howling) in the night. We cannot express our gratitude for her care and patience with this guy. He is over 17 years old, and suffering from cognitive decline and nerve issues (back end failures). We typically travel with him knowing the level of work he can be, but this trip was due to a death in the family and we had to fly (and he cannot fly with us). She stuck with him, kept trying things to help him be comfortable, and we greatly appreciate her. Not easy if sleep deprived! We have two others - dog and cat - who were hopefully easier and more entertaining for Gigi! (oh and a duck) We felt nothing but total confidence in having them in her care, and in our home. She was not just a wonderful caretaker for our fur babies, but a lovely houseguest, too. That made an extra huge difference since our trip was due to a death in the family - we could go and be focused on that. We were updated throughout the day and with photos and videos and loved having that communication. If she is ever willing to take us on again, we will definitely be seeking her services. Give her a try - you will love her and your fur baby will too!
